Conveyo nightmare
To nightlight some of issues, they caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience; the conveyo platform failed to work on occasion, the information we uploaded ‘disappeared’, we were given misleading advice which had financial implication, the service we were promised was no where near met, our agent even took it upon themselves to raise a complaint against conveyo, our purchase became jeopardised as information was ‘sat on’ for weeks, we repeated were given misinformation.
…And for comic relief Conveyo recently informed us of our pending exchange date, after we had completed and moved in!

Clients use our portal to upload documents and track their and their solicitor’s progress. We don’t “sit on” information; uploads are shared directly with the instructed solicitor. Our audit logs don’t show the issues described, and the referring agent has not raised a complaint with us. If you can share dates/screenshots via Trustpilot messages, we’ll review promptly.
