Ordered two items from the site. They took the money twice for one order ( they did refund after noting that happens a lot) haven’t received any of my orders. They just keep pushing a tracking number with no update, so have no idea if will get order or how to get my money back. Awful customer services don’t buy from this site lots of alternatives that have delivered on time.

Hi Neil, We have looked into your complaint and sincerely apologise for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. We can see that your order was placed on 28 Feb 2025 and delivered on 18 Mar 2025, approximately 3 weeks later. We can also see that the relevant supplier communicated with you via the Sawce platform, but we do understand your frustration with the delay. The relevant supplier explained that the delay was due to Australia Post having experienced delays due to weather conditions. This can happen from time to time. Also, in relation to your comment regarding duplicate charges, your credit card is charged only on checkout when you are completing your order. If the device you use is refreshed before the order processing is complete, it can process that charge twice. These cases are extremely rare, and we have not seen any cases like this in the last few years. And while this is outside our control, we have ensured there is a message displayed on the screen which advises for the screen not to be refreshed while the order is being processed. This is not an issue with the Sawce platform at all but rather just allowing sufficient time for the processing to occur. We hope this clarifies the situation and thank you again for using Sawce, and sincerely apologise once more for the delay you experienced in receiving your order. Terrible company. Horrible poor customer services. Still only received one item from the two ordered and it's badly Damaged. Such mix message either really disorganise or lying. Don't buy from this company I wish I hadn't and read the reviews first as seems a consistent message.

As we can see your products are estimated to be delivered between 14th of March to 28th of March, which is this week and 1 already delivered, 1 is planned to be delivered today, which is already given as an information to you and not a lie.
For the damaged product as we can see you agreed for a partial refund and replacement as we can see also.
