Do not buy from SHEIN – misleading listings and poor service

Do not buy from SHEIN – misleading listings and poor service.I placed an order for a LYUWO LYUWO Electric Tool, 100mm Brushless Angle Grinder expecting one multifunctional grinder with battery and accessories. Instead, I received a completely different product: 10 grinders without the battery or accessories.

The product listing was misleading, and the company has made it difficult to resolve the issue. Customer service is slow, and I am still waiting for a proper solution.
Do not buy from them if you expect accurate descriptions or reliable customer support.

Scam.Do not use Skrill

Do not use Skrill at all – it’s a scam.
They charge you without reason, then block your payments. I deposited money to pay another company, but Skrill took it and held it in their bank instead of sending it. Every time I tried, I got the same error message: “Your balance is not enough.” Even after adding more money and waiting over 20 hours, nothing changed.

Skrill makes it impossible to use your own funds. This feels like theft. They act like scammers, not a payment provider.

Stay away from Skrill if you value your money.

Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service

No words can truly capture just how ''Disgusting'', disgraceful and infuriating EE’s customer service is.

I was hung up on by two separate agents the moment I calmly asked for my legal right to file a written complaint. The third person, shockingly rude and condescending, acted like I was a nuisance for expecting basic consumer rights.

But the second person I spoke to – a woman – was the most dishonest of all. She started off polite, but quickly changed her story multiple times, spouting blatant lies and contradictions. It was clear she was trained to deflect, deceive, and do everything possible to shut down any legitimate complaint.

To make matters worse, EE outright refused to provide their complaint procedure or the correct contact details, which is a clear violation of UK consumer law. This isn’t just poor service – it’s a deliberate attempt to block accountability and silence customers.

EE has shown nothing but arrogance, dishonesty, and legal negligence. They treat customers like dirt and behave as if rules don’t apply to them.

Avoid EE at all costs. They are a shameful company with zero respect for the people.

Contabo Support - A Total Disaster

I am left with no choice but to express my utter disgust with the abysmal service provided by Contabo. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel completely betrayed by a company that fails in every aspect of customer service and data protection. Not only have they failed to meet basic expectations, but Contabo has also breached the law. Their support team is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life — they are not just unprofessional but also rude and show no empathy, care, or accountability. They seem to have no hesitation in abusing their clients.
Firstly, when I reached out to their support, I received no response. They completely ignored me and disregarded the damage they caused. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that Contabo doesn’t care about its customers or the impact their failures have.
During the upgrade, I experienced an unexplained 13-hour downtime that should have only lasted 15 minutes, according to Contabo’s own estimates. My server was down for 13 hours, and I sent multiple emails to their support team, trying to understand what happened and why my server was still down. Not once did they bother to provide a proper explanation or offer any solution.
After the update, I raised my concerns again, only to receive no meaningful response. The rudeness and carelessness in their replies were incredible. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. Once again, it's clear that Contabo doesn’t care about its customers or the damage their failures cause.
The level of urgency, professionalism, and accountability displayed by Contabo’s support team was appalling. Instead of offering help and reassurance, they left me in the dark, causing significant financial and operational damage. Their failure to address my concerns and provide a proper backup solution is outrageous.
Additionally, I was misled into thinking that Contabo’s snapshot system would serve as a reliable backup, only to find out that it does not qualify as a full backup, putting my data at serious risk. This is not only an operational failure but a violation of data management standards.
Furthermore, many of their special offers are unclear and misleading. Contabo has clearly failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a hosting provider. Their lack of support, poor data management systems, and unprofessional behavior breach the law and show that they are unfit for businesses that rely on reliable services. This isn’t just poor customer service; it’s gross negligence.
Contabo also has no complaint procedure, and they do not disclose who their regulators are, making it even more difficult for customers to hold them accountable.
I strongly advise against using Contabo for any business needs. They are untrustworthy, unreliable, and their service is subpar. Their support team is completely ineffective. I will be escalating this matter and taking legal action due to their negligence.

Horrible Service and Law-Breaking Behavior from Community Fibre

Community Fibre’s support team is, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in the UK. Not only have I been dealing with slow internet for an extended period, but their support team has repeatedly ignored my requests for help. They continue to ask basic questions, do absolutely nothing, and fail to take any meaningful action, no matter how many reminders I send.

What’s even worse is that their behavior seems to be in direct violation of basic consumer rights. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

In my experience, Community Fibre has proven to be an utter disappointment, with a support team that has no regard for the law or their customers. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Argos provided an absolutely terrible…

Argos provided an absolutely terrible experience. I bought a phone, and not only was the charger missing, but the phone was handed to me without any plastic covering, raising doubts about its condition and the honesty of Argos. It seems like Argos conspired against their clients by sending me a non-working review link, misleading them with fake reviews.

Trying to get a refund was a nightmare – there was no useful information on their website, and their customer service was completely unhelpful. There is no clear complaint procedure, making the process incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Argos has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Avoid Argos at all costs; their service is abysmal.

Avoid Mapbox: Unfair Charges and Blackmail.

Do not use Mapbox. They impose unfair charges and then blackmail you by suspending your account without providing any support or resolution.

I submitted a ticket to Mapbox four weeks ago regarding a payment issue, and despite my efforts, I have not received any response. Instead, my account was suspended unfairly.

My website is still in the production phase and receives no more than 60 clicks per day. I asked for clarification and requested an investigation into the issue, but my requests were ignored. Instead, they suspended my account without any explanation, which feels like a form of blackmail.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my project. Avoid Mapbox if you want to prevent similar issues.

He then tried to pressure me into replacing my entire boiler system. This is where the unethical practices come into play. My subsequent investigation, which cost me £50, revealed that the so-called "plade heat" part was indeed available. It was clear that the British Gas engineer was intentionally attempting to deceive me into a costly boiler replacement.

This situation underscores the urgent need for British authorities, including regulators and auditors, to conduct a comprehensive investigation into British Gas's services. Concerns of illegal and unethical practices suggest the possibility of fraudulent activities being perpetrated by the management and leadership of British Gas. Furthermore, investigating the subcontractors of British Gas is essential, as it is highly likely that they are complicit in these abusive practices, as indicated by the behavior of the engineer who came to my house.

In conclusion, British Gas's repair service not only failed to meet the basic standards of competence and honesty but also raised serious questions about its integrity. The company's attempt to mislead clients and exploit their lack of knowledge is a clear violation of trust and British law. I urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action and conduct a thorough investigation. Consumers deserve better than this blatant disregard for their rights and financial well-being.

Worst Customer Support on The Planet- An Exemplar of Incompetence and Apathy

My recent experiences with Microsoft Support have been nothing short of a calamity. It is with great regret that I must say Microsoft Support has not only failed to solve any of the problems I've encountered but has also showcased an astonishing level of ignorance, apathy, and ineptitude.

First and foremost, it is apparent that the support team lacks the basic ability to comprehend the issues presented to them. It is as if they have developed an art form of responding to tickets without actually reading them. Their responses are generic, irrelevant, and often border on the absurd. It is astounding how a company of Microsoft's stature can employ a support team that seemingly couldn't care less about resolving customer concerns.

Furthermore, the depth of knowledge displayed by the support team is abysmal. It is painfully evident that they lack the expertise required to address even the simplest of issues. Their responses often involve vague and misleading instructions that only serve to exacerbate the problems at hand.

It is also disheartening to suspect that team members may have been appointed based on nepotism, favoritism, or other dubious criteria rather than their actual qualifications. This would explain the utter lack of competence and accountability within the support team.

It is worth noting that my experiences with Microsoft Support have left me with the unsettling impression that they may engage in dishonest practices. For instance, altering the date of ticket submissions and assigning a different person to inquire about the issue are just a few examples that suggest their unethical conduct.

In summary, Microsoft Support has proven itself to be the epitome of incompetence and indifference. Their inability to solve problems, coupled with their ignorance and lack of accountability, has led me to the conclusion that they are the worst support team on the planet. Furthermore, it is imperative for authorities, including the U.S. government, to conduct a thorough investigation into Microsoft's practices, as there are alarming indications of client mistreatment, negligence, and misleading of the public.

Exceptional quality services by the manager Ms Cara associated with  quality internet and high speed.

Cara sorted out all my issues easily and smoothly, she is a superb, smart & professional young lady manager. Cara provides high quality customer care and outstanding management skills, she is wonderfully kind and helpful.
I reported a speed issue with my broadband, the manager Cara called and arranged an appointment. The engineer who came to my house was smart and professional. He was working very hard, moving from room to room ‘non-stop’ doing multi-test speeds. He sorted the issue with broadband and also noticed my WI-FI was not working up to recommended speed so he managed to fix that as well.
The Two quality and loyal employees (Cara and the Engineer) made me change my view on ‘Community Fiber’
I would definitely recommend ‘Community Fiber’ as the best internet provider in the UK.

they asked me to return the packed to their address twice !!!!! postage was refused and return back to me twice , I found out that addresses provided by them is not belong to them !!!!!
they also stop responding to my emails , they refused to pay for postage which I paid twice.
