No customer focus

Poor service. They appear to deliver to my area on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Having failed to deliver on Monday as arranged ( I took the day off. They cancelled 45 minutes before delivery time) they haven’t even offered to deliver on Wednesday (the next service - tomorrow). First available delivery is Saturday. Very poor customer service. Had to wait 40 mins on the phone and online text was never responded to.

Went the extra mile...

I was having big problems with MX record which wasn't compatible with my email host.Christopher McGuiness from the tech team went the extra mile and was really amazing. Totally restored my faith in Easily. Just wished they hadn't removed the phone call option for calling in. Much quicker than writing an email and waiting.

Company failed to ship on time or pack properly

Company failed to ship product on time but staff very helpful. Hopefully, order will arrive tomorrow. After being lied to two further times and three days later the product still hasn't been shipped. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I broke my prime rule of not dealing with companies who you can't call.

It gets better! The Villeroy and Boch sink arrived and was incredibly badly packaged with no pack at all under the sink which had suffered serious damage. Am just about to start the return process. These people are a joke. It's heavy ceramic and no attempt had been made to pack it properly. Also, I believe there are supposed to be fixings but these weren't supplied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Second worst I've EVER dealt with.

Amazing value

The service is really quick and the latest frames really good quality and the varifocals a bargain. You don't have someone to hold your hand through the process but given I spent around £400+ four years ago on similar and I spent £40 including a special bank holiday discount I can't complain! For me it makes possible have prescription dark glasses and three or four different pairs depending on my mood. Amazing value.

The worst company ever to deal with

The worst company ever to deal with. Nearly a year of failing to make changes. Now overcharged by £1200! Offered £53 compensation. Every call takes more than 30 mins. Appalling. No one authorised to act. Now in Lockdown - supposed to help us but using it as a weapon against us to stop doing anything. They have even ignored a subject access request. Now reported to ICO and CISAS. My story involves repeated failures to cancel contracts. Dealing with Vodafone one is totally powerless in a system custom-designed to ensure that there is no-one authorised to deal with complaints. Please do not sign up to Vodafone
