I ordered three items from this company. The first item was perfect, the second and third were messed up. On my tee shirt, my precious dog's head was cut off, and on an expensive memorial stone, they put the wrong year. Both were their mistakes, and after three weeks of e-mails, they informed me today that they would correct their mistakes for an additional nineteen dollars. They prey on grieving people - order elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

This is an excellent company offering super-high quality merchandise. This is my third order, so far, and each one has been outstanding. The service is excellent, too. They have continuous quality control to insure that you get what you order.

I received my order, after almost six weeks, and wish I could give negative stars. The top I ordered, which cost $25 dollars, is about 25 cents, quality-wise. I would not wear it to wash the car or mow the yard. Total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, and buy elsewhere!!!

My bracelet was shipped quickly and it looks just like my precious little boy. The quality is super high and I would recommend that any grieving person order from this excellent company. I plan to order again myself.

I ordered a top several weeks ago and have not received it to date. This is ridiculous. Slooooow shipping and terrible customer service.
