Level have been absolutely brilliant from first contact to signing the litigation loan. This loan was very necessary for me in leaving an abusive relationship. The matter was dealt with sensitively and kindly from the start. The information provided was clear and helpful. The team were always kind and respectful. I could not be more grateful for my solicitor finding Level.

Needed emergency electrician who came out and didn’t check one simple check and the engineer blamed the error on the boiler so hundreds of pounds on getting boiler engineer out who wasn’t needed. It took a few attempts at communication but the company has now refunded me part of their cost which has helped.
