Failure to honour their own policies and awful customer service!!
I exchanged some leggings as I wanted a different size. I had read up on their policies about exchanges not being guaranteed with stock prior to this.
My return arrived with them within 48hrs of me processing the exchange and by checking on the website I knew they did have stock. So was confident I should recieve my exchange.
HOWEVER it took them over a week to process my return.
By the time they did though, on the website they still had stock of the item (there was nothing to even say low stock). Yet they still refused to process and exchange and instead issued me a refund. A refund that was only partial too because of a "late return" due to their slow processing.
When I queried the exchange, and also sent evidence that my parcel had arrived with them well within the return limit, I was met with slow customer service, taking several days to reply to each email. There was no other way of reaching them as any other form of customer service is non-existent.
When I did get a reply, I was simply sent a link to the website and told to check the terms and conditions next time. They did not address the partial refund issue. When I followed the link I was met with the same terms and conditions I had read prior to purchase - absolutely nowhere did it say that if stock is below 5 items, they wont send an exchange.
Fair enough if this is their policy, however this should be stated on the website as the only information there says that if there is ANY stock, your exchange will be honoured. I then replied to point this out and ask whether there was anything that could be done for them to still honour the policy, I also highlighted the partial refund issue again. Eventually I was passed on to a supervisor who is yet to respond to my query - it has been 4 months...
I was shocked by this customer service from such a highly held company.
It is a shame as although the leggings are nice, the quality is not reflective of the price so I would only ever buy in a sale. And clearly their demand is too high in a sale for them to honour exchanges or refund. I won't be purchasing anything from them again due to their awful service.

Good choice of items, good value and good delivery. Only thing preventing 4 stars is i’m thinking the materials quality is not as good as it used to be for gym T-shirts (bit thinner and shiny polyester) and Regular size is more like oversize - i’m going to have to buy slim fit going forwards.

Evri keep trying to deliver to my work address. First on Sunday afternoon, and then on Sunday night at 10pm, and then on Monday night....
No hope of getting my parcel, will do a chargeback instead.

Got this few months ago. The glute seam ripped, which I have seen is an issue in other reviews as well. Very disappointing. I really like the way it looks, but quality is not good. Wouldn’t recommend

Hello everyone be very careful with Gymshark I got a discount code in my email from Gymshark. Long story short the discount code did not work so went through their online customer service. Gymshark were absolutely rubbish at solving my problem, one email after another wanting this detail and that. It was tedious to say the least. They wasted my time and did not solve my query and god knows what they would be like if an order did not arrive!! I would not go with Gymshark due to very poor customer service etc. There are other gym clothing companies you can go for out there who treat you with respect. Please be careful with this company!!!!

I have to say that I normally don't leave any reviews on Customer Service, but this time I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to my order which I submitted in November. I was already annoyed by all the emails I received saying I'd receive my order soon. It felt a bit like they were already apologizing for things taking a little longer.
Once I received the items I was disappointed by the poor quality of the items. The return process didn't work on the website so I had been in touch with Customer Service for days to get a return label which they sent me after asking me twice to share all the order details with them. Every Customer Service Assistant asked for more details which felt unnecessary. Initially they said they be in touch once the return process was up and running again which they didn't. I had to reach out myself.
I returned my order and heard nothing. Today I saw that the parcel had been received by them and asked for a refund. Two days ago they said they hadn't received it yet which wasn't true.
I really hope I'll get my money back and will never order at Gym shark again.
It's not the Customer Service's fault. All of them were friendly. It's how the company chooses to handle returns.
