Folks beware of this company with…

Folks beware of the company with fraudulent business practices rooted in their T&Cs.
Because of a technical defect I was only partially able to use their services. First they accused me of unfair usage when I made 9 phone calls when on an unlimited subscription service and then they said the problem was due to a faulty phone line when I used my phone line with my carrier with no problems.
Scamming ingenuous customers in one thing, but putting insult to injury by lying to them is quite another

THOMANN WHERE CUSTOMERS MATTER

I am sitting here waiting for the second day I a row for a delivery from Thomann using DHL
DHL is literally not contactable and Thomann advised to collect the shipment from the depot which is over 30 miles away. Upon my objection they announced that it was MY CHOICE To shop with Thomann.
Listen up folks: It is YOUR CHOICE to shop with Thomann.
Where is the zero star button?
Reading through the other customer reviews it appears that Thomann is desperately trying to get rid of their long-term customers of which I am one.
I understand that Thomann has no influence of the working practices of third party logistics suppliers and will revise my review, because in my long-term experience with this company where they do have the power they do everything they can to satisfy their customers. Thank you Thomann.

Shipping times are estimates based on the carrier’s information, and during the holiday season delays can unfortunately occur when local depots become overloaded. Our suggestion to collect the parcel was never meant as an obligation — only as an optional way to speed things up. You are absolutely welcome to wait for the courier to complete the delivery as usual.

We also regret that our communication felt dismissive. That was not our intention, and we are truly sorry that this experience made you feel undervalued as a long-term customer.

Appalling customer service

The first sheepskin rug that I bought from this company was of excellent quality which encouraged me to buy another one. This was a huge mistake as I soon had to find out after receiving a filthy rug of something losing its hair. When I called the company to report this mishap their attitude was aggressive and rude. They asked me to return the faulty item on my expense and when I stated that it would be their responsibility to cover for the cost of return they only provided a label to print out and after I stated that I need a QR code since I do not own a printer they never came back to me.
