Great selection of frames and sizes, but takes forever to arrive in the UK. The prices are also quite high for the quality.

We ordered a side table from this company for the first time. Delivery took longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, we were surprised to find that only the top half of the table had been delivered. No where had they indicated that the table would be arriving in two separate packages, so we were understandably confused. Its been over a week since we received the top of the table, and we still do not have the base. Without the base, its completely useless to us. I have called and emailed several times, and was told it would now be 'case managed' and I would receive daily updates. This has not happened, nor have I been refunded the delivery fee. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Sergio did a wonderful jobs on our floors and was very attentive. Although the job ended up being more expensive than we initially planned, he was very polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend his work!

Unfortunately we didn't find the company to be that competent. The first time they sent us the link to book, they sent us a price that was widely higher than what was agreed upon. They then corrected the error, and sent another link that didn't work. When corresponding with them, it often took a while to receive an answer and it was always a different person who wrote back. Their team also doesn't seem to communicate with each other, which made the whole process more confusing than it had to be. Their check in procedures are not straight forward and inconvenient for the customer, with check in times being limited to between 4-6pm with a 30 pound early check in fee. Would not recommend.
