Outsource to Copart (look at their rating on this...)
Aviva itself would be fine but they partner up with Copart. So insuring a vehicle with aviva you would hope that aviva would deal but instead send you to copart. Will not insure with aviva again all the time they have Copart as a partner. Avivas reputation is damaged to me due to them outsourcing to a sneaky con man company that does everything it can to make an already unpleasant experience 10 times worse.
