Disappointed

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this might be the first. I ordered a frame that was supposed to be delivered on November 21, yet it’s still stuck in customs as of the 30th. I’ve emailed BGASTORE, but I’ve only received AI-generated replies. I just want an update to know whether the package is lost and what’s going on with the delivery. It’s very disappointing!

The watch I've been eyeing went on a 30% sale, so I ordered it. Unsure if it would need links adjusted, I used their chat service and learned they offer free adjustments in-store. I visited the store, and they were able to adjust it in less than 10 minutes. The staff was approachable, and it was a great experience overall.
