Disappointed
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this might be the first. I ordered a frame that was supposed to be delivered on November 21, yet it’s still stuck in customs as of the 30th. I’ve emailed BGASTORE, but I’ve only received AI-generated replies. I just want an update to know whether the package is lost and what’s going on with the delivery. It’s very disappointing!
