I’ve had a really disappointing…

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Copart recently. A few days ago, I placed a single £5,000 bid on a car before the auction even started. Then, to my surprise, a couple of days later, I saw that I was somehow "winning" the car at £7,000, even though I never placed another bid.

When I called them to fix this, they suggested maybe I accidentally set some kind of "monitor bid," which I definitely did not. They reassured me that once the auction started, someone else would outbid me anyway. But now I've been told I "won" the car for £10,200, plus fees, and it's going to cost more than the car is even worth—especially since it’s an accident-damaged category S vehicle.

I've been using this company for a while and never had this issue before, but this feels like a really bad practice. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

If the vehicle appeared on your account within two days of the auction ending, this may be due to our Counter Bid process.

It may also be because the Seller has placed a reserve price on the vehicle. If the minimum bid is not achieved during the live auction the Seller has until 5pm (local time) 2 business days after the day of the auction to accept the bid. If you are the high bidder your bid is binding until 5pm 2 business days after the auction.

I recently had a really frustrating…

I recently had a really frustrating experience with Copart. Initially, I placed a single bid on a vehicle, but once the auction went higher, I stopped bidding. Despite that, I kept getting notified that I was somehow "winning" at much higher prices. I even called their customer service in advance to make it clear that I didn't place any additional bids. They assured me everything would be fine and that someone else would outbid me if I wasn't bidding.

Now I've been told I "won" the car at a price that's way above market value and far beyond what I ever agreed to. It's really disappointing and feels like they were bidding on my behalf without my consent. I'd be very cautious if you're planning to use them.

I recently went through the mortgage…

I recently went through the mortgage process with Lloyds Bank, and while the initial steps were straightforward, the entire process ended up taking quite a long time. After everything was agreed upon and finalized, my mortgage advisor went on holiday, causing further delays. This experience was quite confusing and not what I expected from Lloyds. Overall, I am disappointed with the level of service provided.

My item been delivered to south…

My item been delivered to south Midlands MC 2 weeks ago to be sent to Sheffield delivery office and never been sent looks like stuk there for ever i am really disappointed and frustrated with the service of south Midlands delivery office very poor customer service as no phone or email address every day i check with my tracking number my item been delivered on 05/07/2024 since than sitting there at South Midlands delivery office very unprofessional

Don't believe with refer a friend to…

Don't believe with refer a friend to revolut
They never going to pay a referral and easy to get excuses not to pay one of the excuses ask your friend to spent 3 transactions and than they say out of time or never going to contact you i really disappointed with the service

I did recommended revolut to many of my friends with out any referral but not any more unless they improve the service

Unfortunately i have very slow internet…

Unfortunately i have very slow internet on Sheffield s4 i couldn't use my phone internet i phoned ee for last 3 months and nothing been done i had a hard time with EE as soon my contract ends i will terminate the contract with ee because they have no longer good service as used to i am really disappointed because i have to use other phones company to use the internet service and i have to pay to EE for nothing

my new car toyota corolla hybrid been…

my new car toyota corolla hybrid been kept in toyota garage for 4 days regarding the water leak from the roof and giving me back with out doing nothing and than i find out some damage to the sun vieser light dropping off because the clips broke and i have to go 2 times until been replaced but unfortunately the replacement one faulty too and i have to go back to them and been asked to leave the car again i am really disappointed with their service and stuff as i been today trying to get an service estimate for my car and they told me will sent to my email address but unfortunately nothing been sent its really disappointed especially with a big company like Toyota always trying not to do the work
