The terrible reviews are right!

How can such ridiculously expensive products can have the worst service ever?!

One of my products was missing, and an spf I order was leaked in product. They said I should dispute with my bank! When I asked why should I involve my bank in this issue which is murads fault the agent transferred me to her... so called supervisor who was ridiculously bad, rude, and dumb... she just wanted to get rid of the chat and said she would not change her opinion... ok so now her opinion is whats matters and not policies... so this lame company goes by opinions... that's why they are terrible.

Wow. Surpassed expectations

Wow, This company's customer service is really good.

I am outside the country, and I bought a beautiful pair of headsets for my job to listen to music.

I bought them at a local store, that has recently closed permanently so my headsets were malfunctioning, and I had no place to claim for warrantee. I thought.. wth I'll contact them and see if there is any possibility for them to help me. Maybe even a quick troubleshoot could help the headsets.

They asked for proof of purchase which I had, and request for me to cut the cord and send them some pics which I did, and now they are sending me a brand new replacement.

I love how fast they replied back and they even asked for 15 buz days to reship, but have surprised me by taking like 2 days to ship.

I wish they wouldn't have made me cut the cord so I could donate the set or even used them until the new replacement pair comes in. Plus, it was really sad to destroy them :(
