First and last order: horrible experience

I placed an order on Dec 27, didn’t receive anything or any updates on the order, i was patient but then emailed jan 5 because its been way too long. No one answers.
Then finally on the 7th i dont even get a notification it was shipped but check the order status and its says on the way, though the tracking number is not found. But on the 8th i get sent an email one of my items and the promo item that i was suppose to get is now not available, a day after my order was supposedly “shipped”, still nothing from customer service, no one gives a damn. This was my first and last order because whoever is running the operations in canada clearly does not care. I dont even know when i will recieve the remainder of the items but irs been 2 weeks already of waiting hopefully it wont be 3 weeks

I was totally unimpressed with the targeted wrinkle corrector. I used as directed with the retinol serum and the night cream. I don’t have bad wrinkles but there was absolutely no change. I bought it on a promo from GMA. The quantity in the containers was deceiving. What seemed like a fair price was very high for what looks like sample size. I would not recommend

I returned an item

I returned an item . They received it on June 16. Today is July 10 and I still have not received my refund. I have called and sent several emails. I have had no explanation. On email said the refund would be issued that day. It was in July 2. Nope. How do I get my money refunded?????

Scam their customers

I was a huge fan and used their products for a decade or more. Just recently they added a new “post purchase” feature where they display additional products. Attempting to exit out of it i accidentally hit add. There was no confirmation, no additional approval of charges—NOPE, since they already had my payment information approved for the previous purchase they were able to just charge my credit card. Even though I contacted customer support literally 60 seconds later, my order was already being “processed” and could not be altered. I was told a supervisor would call me, but they were too chicken to call and have a conversation so they sent me a bs email instead (although say they attempted to call me but no missed calls on my end and I had been waiting for their call). This whole set up is so predatory that I am shocked and saddened to see this brand stoop so low. I will NEVER buy from you again, Murad. When you treat your customers like garbage then you don’t keep them. Enjoy the extra $50 you scammed me out of. It will be the last.

Zero Customer Service After Sales

My order arrived missing 1 item which is the most expensive one. I sent an email to the address provided a week ago and haven't received any reply till today. I chatted via FB page but is not active. I rang the phone line but it was an automatic answer. I have no idea how to contact them.

Terrible Customer Service

I received an email late in the night saying that I placed an order (which I definitely did NOT) and had money deducted from my account. I assume this is a technical error from their end and immediately contacted them saying to cancel the order and process a refund. Three days later, I've sent four emails and had zero responses. It's a terrible customer experience and even worse to know that they have placed an order for me in error from their end.

Order Cancellation Policy is Horrible

Beware that Murad's order cancellation policy is horrible. I originally set up auto-fulfillment on my first order using the maximum 3-month fulfillment period. After three months, I received a reorder email time marked 12:19am (when I was asleep). I did not need a refill (and this stuff is expensive) and contacted the company as soon as it opened for business the next day (6am CA time). I was informed that Murad does not cancel orders (regardless of order timing/shipping status and I would have to pay to return it when received. Respectable, customer service oriented companies allow for cancellations when promptly contacted.

I will now pay to return the products and delete my account immediately after the return refund is processed.

I’ve been using Murad Environmental…

I’ve been using Murad Environmental Shield moisturizer for 15 yrs. I have sensitive skin, and can’t take anything with perfume smell. My skin has been doing really good. As I’ve aged I have included their Hydration products, serum, night gel and spray . Don’t have any complaints. As for customer service, products not received, called and they resend my products, no question asked. Remember a little goes a long way!

How can such ridiculously expensive products can have the worst service ever?!

One of my products was missing, and an spf I order was leaked in product. They said I should dispute with my bank! When I asked why should I involve my bank in this issue which is murads fault the agent transferred me to her... so called supervisor who was ridiculously bad, rude, and dumb... she just wanted to get rid of the chat and said she would not change her opinion... ok so now her opinion is whats matters and not policies... so this lame company goes by opinions... that's why they are terrible.

Sell old and return items as new

I've never seen such an unethical and careless company. They will ship you old or returned products that are unpacked and unsealed. Bad business. Do Not Buy From Them If You Care About Your Health and Skin

Murad reduced the content and increased the price!

I’ve liked the murad vitamin oil, and have purchased it many times….no more. The product is fine, but the price is prohibitive, and the bottle is smaller. How does the company reduce the size of the product, while simultaneously go up on the price? I’ll find another vitamin oil. Done with Murad.

Untrustworthy customer service, do not care

I enjoy the products, however I will not purchase from them again or support their business. Customer service is terrible. Canceled all subscriptions due to moving to a new state. Well somehow 1 remained, when I went in to stop it, it was being processed. Try to contact to cancel unable to get through, sent email. Finally was able to get through told to let as it was in the box. They refuse to cancel to redirect shipment. Was able to get call Ups, and refuse shipment.

Murad the shipment was refused and they failed to give me a credit

Don’t buy

This was terrible service. The reason to why Sylvie say she couldn’t not resolve my concerns is incoherent. It went from saving the planet, by not sending the product. To “once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make alterations, and therefore, we cannot honour the inclusion of the gift in this instance”. It’s inconceivable that they do not have the ability to change orders. They further went on to say. “ We apologize for any confusion regarding the free gift” there was confusion on my part but still didn’t honour the gift. . I made a mistake by not putting the gift code in as I thought it was automatically added. However they want honour the gift, to which I was entitled to, “ have read trust pilot reviews and can honestly say I wish I had read these before purchasing.
