Delayed delivery times & Flimsy.
While the products look fantastic and at a great cost, ive learnt to realise why. Delivery times as they're shipped from nordic countries are long meaning 2-3 months for your items.
The product is also flimsy and easily damaged, the mirror is ordered was scratched on installation and unless noted within 14 days of purchase (which isn't possible) along with no personal responsibility held meant its no longer functioning. I was told to follow installation instructions which didn't come with the product.
When requesting support from the company I was ignored twice before they finally came back telling me there's nothing their policy allows.
Overall great looking products that come with a catch. Purchase at your own risk.

We understand how frustrating the long delivery time and the damaged mirror must have been. Normally, our delivery times are much shorter, so 2–3 months is not what we aim for.
Regarding the mirror, we’re sorry that it got scratched during installation. We also apologize for the delay in our earlier responses — that’s not the service we want to provide.
