Onzin bedrijf.
2x kreeg ik de melding "Delivery interrupted, address not located" terwijl elk ander bedrijf met dezelfde informatie bij mij voor de deur staat.
Na de eerste keer had ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice waar mij vertelt werd dat ze niks konden doen en ik moest wachten op het volgende lever moment. Mocht het dan 'fout' gaan kon ik het simpelweg ophalen bij een DHL punt, 1 uur lopen verderop.

Due to the high demand for rental apartments my advice for everyone is to buy Pararius+, set-up your alerts and respond within seconds. If you don't respond within seconds your chances for an invitation are very low.
!!Do not use websites that make you pay to even respond or view an apartment, they are all a scam.

Review of Redux Gaming
Bought a PC back in 2021 July. Promised to deliver the next day but were unable to deliver.
Skip ahead 2.8 years later, within their warranty period. --My 3080TI dies during gaming. I contact them for the warranty, but love and behold they declared bankruptcy 30-5-2023, but continued at the same place with the same name. Just the little details: 'Any warranty before this period is now voided'.
So, I went to the producer of the card, but figured out that in 2021 Redux deliverd a card to me without a serial number attached to it. So the factory voided any warranty. Redux did f*k all to support in this.
Contact is almost impossible. They use an AI to respond to e-mails and their phonenumber refers back to their e-mail. Their option to make a phone meeting through some app doesn't work either.
A friend of mine recently bought a PC there, however, they were not able to deliver within their own deadline. Far from it. My friend cancelled the order and they were VERY slow to return the money. After some time he had to drive to their office in Susteren to physically retrieve his money.
TLDR: Run away from this company. They scammed me out of warranty, no serial number on graphics card and have very bad communications.
