Package left on the ground outside apartment elevator
My package was handled with negligence. Early Bird left my package on the floor outside the elevator in my apartment building. If the courier made it that far inside the building, they could have easily completed the delivery by leaving it at my door, where it belongs.
There is also a mailbox at the entrance that clearly states it is for a science lab located in the building. Despite this, I've previously had an Early Bird package wrongly placed in that box. And now today, the package wasn't even placed in the wrong box - it was simply left ON THE GROUND, right as you step out of the elevator.
This is the second time I've experienced this kind of negligence with Early Bird, and I've never had such issues with any other delivery company. My full address, including my door number, is always provided for deliveries, yet your couriers continue to mishandle them.
To make matters worse, there were two packages left on the floor this time, mine and another resident's. This is unacceptable.

defective buds, no refund
I bought a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro via CDON (sold by iXpress). The product arrived defective: the right earbud made a strange vibrating sound when using ANC or Ambient Sound, and during calls, others reported hearing strange background noises.
I reported the problem immediately and returned the product after receiving instructions. However, my refund request was rejected. I was told that since the headphones are a "hygiene product" they cannot refund me, but instead they would send the product for repair.
This is incomprehensible. I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind - the product arrived defective. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a refund or a new replacement product, not a repaired product. Otherwise, I would receive a refurbished product, even though I paid full price for a new one and only used the headphones for less than 24 hours.
It feels like a loophole that sellers can exploit: selling defective goods and refusing refunds by misusing the excuse "hygiene product". This is unacceptable, and if CDON does not take responsibility, I will escalate the matter to ARN.
