When I see a .UK in the web address I would assume it's a British company but my items were being shipped from Sweden so the delivery time is a lot longer. However, the 3-8 working days for delivery was also untrue anyway as it took 9 working days ( almost 2 weeks ) and the tracking was unreliable. All this for 2 30cm shelves so hence to say I won't be ordering from this company again.

Don't believe in the so called excellent and good reviews. I bought the JML VacPack Go and all I can say is DO NOT BUY IT. I expected the vacuum to be battery operated as it is a travel one but it needs to be plugged into power and has a very short lead. It does not fit properly over suction cup on the bag so had no effect anyway. I tried with a hoover with some success, one bag would not seal and therefore did not reduce, another bag did reduce but did not stay that way by the next day. I suggest buying cheaper options on Amazon which I have done and these are more durable and work so much better. After contacting the company all they were interested in is where I bought it ( ASDA by the way ).
