No response from Easily when things go…
No response from Easily when things go wrong. Forwarding of emails through my domain has stopped, despite raising a support ticket, no response from Easily. Senders are receiving a message about my inbox being full, which is nonsensical. I've no way of knowing what emails I'm not getting and no way of knowing if/when it will be fixed. Not being able to phone someone is also very frustrating.
UPDATED - only fair to update this to advise that once Easily did get in touch with me they fixed the problem straightaway and very helpful & responsive with their emails.
