No response from Easily when things go…

No response from Easily when things go wrong. Forwarding of emails through my domain has stopped, despite raising a support ticket, no response from Easily. Senders are receiving a message about my inbox being full, which is nonsensical. I've no way of knowing what emails I'm not getting and no way of knowing if/when it will be fixed. Not being able to phone someone is also very frustrating.

UPDATED - only fair to update this to advise that once Easily did get in touch with me they fixed the problem straightaway and very helpful & responsive with their emails.

Thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear you are having issues with your forwarding address.

Forwarding is a free service which does have some limitations. Occasionally these addresses can become "clogged" if large amounts of spam emails are received.

The issue has been resolved and the affected address has been reset. One of our team will reach out to you to confirm this.
