Damaged mirror

I ordered a mirror that has arrived completely smashed. I have asked for a full refund. There was not enough bubble wrap or padding in the box to make sure that it arrived safely considering it was making such a long journey (from Sweden to the U.K.). Hopefully I will hear back from someone soon, as I don’t trust that a replacement would not also arrive damaged. From reading other reviews here, I am concerned that I will be asked to send the broken mirror back to Sweden even though it is unsellable.

Customer service is lacking

Ordered a table and chair set that was £1000+. It was delivered on time and the style of it is lovely but that is where the compliments end. Some of the chair legs were damaged and delivered without feet. The table was delivered without the correct fixings to build it. They were so suspicious of us when bringing these issues to their attention that we ended up buying more fixings out of our own pocket to rectify the situation, rather than deal with the email ping pong which someone from LJ was clearly copying and pasting from a standard script they use. All that we were offered for this inconvenience was a refund of our shipping fee…I’ll never buy from them again.

Mixed opinion on Dusk

Mixed opinion on Dusk. Price wise for the designs they have, you can’t really fault them! Contemporary furniture that looks more expensive than it is in many instances. However, the delivery experience hasn’t been the best. We have spent £2500+ with Dusk and so have had them deliver a few times now. The drivers wouldn’t bring the items into the property the first time, which wasn’t great considering it was an armchair and a bed. When the sofa was subsequently delivered, they knocked some of my existing furniture over and damaged my wall. Dusk never replied to our complaint about this. Sometimes they don’t deliver when they say they will either and we are still waiting on some office furniture that we ordered back in December.
