Today I called CovaU with a question…
Today I called CovaU with a question regarding my bill. I spoke with Aush. He was very helpful, and thorough. I then asked him about a possible better option for me. He had a quick look and confirmed that there was another plan, with the same rates, but where I would get a slightly higher discount. He then switched it over for me (at my request). The whole call took less than 10mins. Very satisied!
