I ordered a photo album in the middle of December as a Christmas/New Year present. After payment, I received an email stating that delivery would take 5–8 working days. Later, when I checked the tracking information, the expected delivery date had changed to 6–7 January, which was much later than promised.
The company was unwilling to help or offer any solution, so I had to buy another present.
When the delivery finally arrived today, it was sent to the wrong address, and I had to spend extra time trying to locate it.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
