Been trying to get a replacement since…

Been trying to get a replacement since early January. Ignored emails and reviews. I got a reply ONCE since contacting them 12 times since 15th January! Replied back to the same email as they asked and still no answer or replacement. Not paying to return product as it’s £6 out of my pocket for a faulty product! Replied on 26th Jan asking for information and since not heard anything at all from their “24-48hr customer service”. Awful. Do not buy. Order number 6091724

CAN YOU READ MY EMAILS PLEASE!!

I need a replacement and have been sending emails since the 15th Jan!! Poor customer service, says chat option available but nothing happens on website. You sent me a faulty mirror. I did everything you asked and I have heard nothing!!

Poor service

I ordered a 'mirror wide cloud 50X70cm' order number '6091724'. The product came with a black dot in the mirror that wont move and ruins the frame. I first emailed about this one the 15/01/2026 and since then have emailed another two times! Its been over a week since the first email was sent and still no reply to none of my three emails! So called 24-48hr respond time. Poor service.
