Been trying to get a replacement since early January. Ignored emails and reviews. I got a reply ONCE since contacting them 12 times since 15th January! Replied back to the same email as they asked and still no answer or replacement. Not paying to return product as it’s £6 out of my pocket for a faulty product! Replied on 26th Jan asking for information and since not heard anything at all from their “24-48hr customer service”. Awful. Do not buy. Order number 6091724
