Awful service
I ordered a frame on the 23rd of December last year which wasn’t delivered. Contacted the delivery company to which they said it was being returned back to the company. Have tried to track the parcel but BGA are constantly ignoring my emails when asking for answers/re-delivery/refund. They have ignored every one of my emails.
My ordered number is 6097555 so please sort this out.
