Kalvin Phillips
Halloween Special — They go to a Halloween party as vampires🧛♀️🧛

“I don’t think I should let you leave the house looking like that.”
The pair or arms that sneaked around her waist made her yelp, but she relaxed instantly against Kalvin’s body that was pressed against her back.
“Oh, hello, Mr. Vampire,” you teased.
She and Kalvin stared at their reflection in the long mirror in front of them. Their eyes darted to each other and they immediately shared a smile.
She had been busy for the past few weeks and the plan to order a new Halloween costume had completely slipped her mind. Kalvin had somehow forgotten about it too, so she needed to make a last minute plan for their outfits, and the easiest way was to dress up as Mr. and Mrs. Vampire.
“Is it too much? Should I just change into my skinny trousers?” She asked with a worried tone.
She was wearing a black leather shorts, fishnet tights, black long boots that went up to her knees, a maroon corset, and a long black cape she still had from Halloween five years ago.
“No, no, I love how sexy you look… Whatever makes you feel good, baby,” he said, scanning her reflection from head to toe, clearly admiring how amazing she looked. “But if I catch someone staring at you, I swear they won’t go home safely.”

Giovani Lo Celso
“Why?!” she whined as the screen turned black and the credit title rolled out.
Wriggling out of her boyfriend’s arms, she sat up on the sofa. Her hair was all disheveled and tears were still rolling down her face, even though it had been tuned down compared to some moments ago when the saddest part of the movie came on and she cried her heart out.
“Are you crying again? Baby, it’s just a movie,” Gio said with his thick accent, putting his hand on her back and started gently caressing it.
“Gio, that was so sad! How could he do that to her?!” she protested, recalling all the horrible things the male character had done to the poor woman. “Oh, God. He really didn’t deserve her. He didn’t!”
Gio didn’t mean to upset her even more, but seeing her adorable puffy eyes, red nose, and pouty lips, it was just so hard to not let his smile grow into chuckles. She clearly did not appreciate it, with the way she slapped his thigh rather very hard until he winced in pain. But a second later she realised that she had hit him too hard, so she looked at him apologetically while rubbing his thigh with both of her hands to ease the pain. Gio’s frown quickly turned into a smile again.
“See? You think I’m joking!” she crossed her arms in front of her.
“No, no, mi amor. It’s just… You look so cute,” Gio shrugged, a fond smile still spread across his face.
“I am mad right now, and you think I’m cute?”

thank you for the anon who requested this!☺️
Dele
Dele has been running from her all his life. He’s been denying not just his feelings but also hers. He has compelled himself to believe that all those things that she did for him was just out of politeness because their families are close friends, even though deep down in his heart he’s always known that those were her efforts to be closer him. He’s always reluctantly accepted it, thinking that he would be expected to do the same for her. So for years, she kept trying but he kept denying her.
Dele has barely ever thanked her for those days when she traveled hundred miles just to watch his matches, that time when she stayed the weekend in London to accompany him in the hospital after his surgery, or those times she magically appeared in important and critical moments in his life, let alone repaying it. He’s never appreciated her, hoping that she would give up eventually. He knew their families expected them to get together, but Dele didn’t want to be in a forced relationship.
He never thought that this day would come. He never prepared for the day that it would reach his ears: the news that she’s going to marry someone.
Dele is completely losing it. He has never felt such panic in his life. He feels like the world is ending. For the first time, he is forced to swallow his ego and pride and accept the fact that he’s actually in love with her.
She never demanded anything from Dele, as she understood that the concept of give and take was nonexistent in their relationship; Dele only gave her things or did things for her out of obligation, never making the extra efforts. And it was her kindness and her extra efforts that made him fall in love with her without him even realizing it.
So when he receives the news that a businessman from a respected family in Birmingham is going to propose to her, he immediately flies himself to Birmingham, goes straight to her house, and tells her that he is in love with her. He doesn’t even bother to give her any forewords. He gets a slap on his face as a respond and an “are you f*cking kidding me?” shouted by her into her study room.
“For three years, Dele, I did everything for you and you didn’t even look at me! Now you’re barging into my home telling me you’re in love with me? Do you even realize what you’re doing?”
Dele just listens to her rants. He’s dead quiet for thirty minutes. For the past twenty four hours, he had prepared the confession and the explanation she deserves. But none of it is coming out of his mouth because the fact is much simpler: he had too big of an ego and pride, and he hurt her. And he has no right to ask her to understand his stupid reasons. So after she calms down, he gives her a genuine apology.
“Now you expect me to forgive you?”
“Yes. And I know you will. Because we love each other. It has always been like that,” Dele is just standing two feet away from her, staring right into her eyes. “And you have all the time to blame me and hate me. I’ll be doing that too. But I promise from now on I’ll do everything right. I’ll love you the way you deserve to be loved. You belong with me, do you want a proof?”
And before she can respond, Dele pulls her into a kiss.

Trent Alexander-Arnold
“Why don’t you just be with me, then?”
Trent’s words halt her tracks. She truly feels like the world just stops. She and Trent are walking home to her house from a convenience store at the corner of the street. For the whole afternoon she has been telling Trent about this other new bloke that she recently met. She tells Trent how this lad at work approached her. He’s cute, she thinks, but she feels like something is off about him. Then Trent just blurted out the words, reinforced by two factors: one, it’s starting to hurt him listening to her talking about guys who’s just going to break her heart, and two, it frustrates him that she never talks about him the way she gushes about those blokes.
“I think I need more explanation to that. Care to elaborate?” she asks as she turns around. Trent has stopped walking too, now standing only a few feet in front of her.
“I mean, you wonder why can’t you find someone like me, and I think you really won’t, because no one is going to treat you the way I do. So if I am someone you want to be with, then why don’t you be with me?” Trent lets the words out without thinking twice. He feels like his heart could burst out of his chest in any second.
The past two months have been torturing for him. He has loved her since they were sixteen and now Trent is so used to the feeling of loving her. But lately, he feels like his love for her grows. Trent doesn’t understand why, he didn’t even think it’s possible, but now it’s getting out of control.
The way he always wants to touch her more, the way he wishes he can take her everywhere and show people how gorgeous his girl is, the way he wanted to kiss her when he saw her in that ruby red dress she wore to a party last week, it’s driving him crazy. He has started feeling things he has never felt before.
For the first time in his life, he wants her to be his lover.
“You’re not being serious, Trent.” It sounds more like a statement than a question. Her brain freezes. She wonders if Trent’s suggestion means that he actually wants her to be his girlfriend. She comes to the first conclusion that pops into her mind and lets the words slip from her tongue. “Are you saying that you like me? Oh, God. Trent, you are my best friend.”
Trent chuckles. She notices the frustration both in his voice and his face. “Oh, so it’s because I’m your best friend I can’t become your lover? So you go around looking someone like me instead, when the fact is I literally have everything you’ve ever wanted from a man?”
“Wait, why does it sound like you’re blaming me?” she looks puzzled. By now she’s pretty sure that Trent was somewhat confessing to her. So she doesn’t understand why he suddenly blames her for something else. “Don’t blame me for not being a mind reader who can magically understand that you feel a certain way towards me.”
Trent sighs heavily, running his hand through his hair. He knows he just said things that he had been burying deep somewhere in his mind and have been coming to the surface so often lately. He’s not in the best mood today, but he didn’t mean to suddenly confess in this cloudy and windy afternoon, on the side of the street, on their way home from buying her mom sweet corn and cheese. It was definitely his frustration speaking.
Trent knows he just messed everything up from his sudden inability to shut his mouth, but it’s too late turn back now. An hour ago they were still being normal, laughing at each other’s stupid jokes, and now he’s not sure they’re still going to be best friends in the next hour.
The fear starts to creep on him, his mind is just about to wander around searching for any decent words he can possibly say to fix this up. He has gone a little bit too far, he can’t say that he’s just joking and ask her to forget it, can he?

Trent Alexander-Arnold
“Told you John’s not as nice as you think.” That’s the first thing Trent says after he opens the door.
She’s sitting in her bed against the headboard, hugging her knees, staring into nothing. But she quickly turns her gaze to him when she hears his voice. She frowns when she sees his empty hands; he doesn’t bring the cure to her pain, the vanilla latte she had asked him.
“Where’s my Starbucks?”
“I know you haven’t eaten in 2 days, I’m not going to give you any coffee before you eat properly.”
She sighs out of annoyance. “Then I don’t need you here if you’re just going to scold me and make fun of me.”
“I mean, I’m not just your Starbucks deliverer, you know,” Trent says as he approaches her and sits at the end of the bed. “I can give you hugs or back massages. I can drive you to get your favorite pancakes right now, or— Oh! I can go to John’s house and punch him right on his face.”
She lets out a soft chuckle. “The last one sounds good but I really just need hugs.” She crawls across the bed to him and he welcomes her into a big hug with a soft smile plastered across his face.
Trent was in London for a match when she and John broke up. It has been two days of crying alone in her room for her. She feels stupid for not listening to Trent’s warning and fell for John’s sweet words, resulting into the unnecessary heartbreak she’s going through right now. And all she can think about is how much she hates John and some people she knew that turned out to be arseholes.
“Please don’t ever be an arse, Trent. Please don’t break girls’ hearts. Don’t be like those selfish, narcissistic, arrogant guys who think that it’s okay to whatever they want and treat girls with no respect like we’re toys that they can play with,” she mumbles into his shoulder.
“I think you would scold me first if I ever start to become like that. You would slap me to bring me back to my senses, wouldn’t you?”
“True. I mean, why can’t boys just be like you?” she sighs. Trent doesn’t respond. He just lets her words welcomed by the silence.
“Why can’t I find someone like you?” she continues.
Trent’s heart stops. It takes a good few seconds for him to let her words sink in. But then he lets out a chuckle out of nervousness. For a split second, he knows that he’s crazy for thinking that she wants him. He wishes that it’s true, but she’s just heartbroken and all she means is she doesn’t want to be with another arsehole, not actually be with him.
Trent still doesn’t respond, afraid of saying wrong things. Because the only thing that’s circulating on his mind is “why can’t you just be with me?”. It’s on the tip of his tongue. But there’s no way that he can say it. They’ve known each other since they were seven and Trent doesn’t even want to imagine how angry she would be if he suddenly confesses that he has loved her since they were sixteen. He believes it would ruin everything. So right now, he can only wish that she would stop searching and be with him.

Trent Alexander-Arnold
“I just don’t like seeing you hanging out with him,” Trent says when she has just arrived at his house. He has asked her to go shopping with him. He’s never sure of what would look good on him, so he has her, his best friend, to be his personal stylist.
“Well, he’s nice. I don’t see why I shouldn’t be friends with him.”
“I know him. He’s not as nice as you think he is.”
She scoffs at his remark. She throws herself in the couch, listening to his footsteps fading away as he goes to the kitchen. She was such in a good mood today. She just hung out with her girlfriends. One of them brought his boyfriend, and his friends were tagging along so they all ended up hanging out and having lunch together.
One of those guys was John. Since her first meeting with John at a party a month ago, they had followed each other’s Instagram, met again a couple of times, and casually chatted on direct messages. Her girlfriends say that he fancies her and she can clearly see that by the way he flirts with her. But until now she’s still undecided about her feelings towards him.
Trent, in the other hand, has started to get irritated when he knows that she has befriended John. He’s always so protective of her. He always makes his opinions clear about any blokes that try to get close to her. Since day one, he had told her that he doesn’t like this particular John because of his drama with his ex that became a public’s secret.
She always takes Trent’s precautions into account, but sometimes he gets overprotective and it annoys her. She’s a big girl. She can decide what’s good or bad for her.
“Trent, I know you’re trying to protect me. But you can’t do this every time I meet a new guy.” After a while, she decided to follow Trent to the kitchen, trying to make the mood better. She doesn’t want to spend the evening with them both being mad at each other.
Trent is sitting on the bar stool, eating the lunch she bought him. “Well, you just happen to meet people I know. Everybody knows they broke some girl’s hearts, I don’t want you to be their next victim,” he replies.
“Well, we don’t know that,” she opens the fridge and takes a bottle of her favorite carbonated drink.
“I’m just saving you from another heartbreak,” he shrugs, looking at her drinking from the pink bottle. “I don’t want you go through it again.”
She sighs as she walks to him. She hugs him from his side and pressed her cheek on his arm; he doesn’t budge. “I’ll be okay if I go through it again. I know you’d be there like you always did. It’s just going to be another 30 days of my favorite Starbucks drinks, Trent.”
Trent shakes his head, reminiscing those days where he had to witness her crying over some d*ckheads that didn’t even deserve her tears. He was always there, and she’s right, he’ll be there in her next heartbreak. He falls silent and puts a kiss on top of her head.
