On site technician ( Richaud) was great and kept us informed all along the way.

Matt and Shannon (from CPI Charleston)were our TV install team at North Myrtle. They faced some challenges when they arrived. Two of the 5 rooms where a rep prewired for install -the 2 most important rooms- living room & theater room- were prewired at incorrect placement on the walls.

Matt problem solved and worked diligently for HOURS to overcome the wiring placement on the walls. There were a ton of issues besides wall wiring but Matt overcame each of them and our final install is working out. Highly recommend Matt for preferred installer. He’s brilliant and frankly, he was awesome at soothing a customer (us) who were extremely upset and ready to tell CPI to come get their equipment. Matt saved CPI a customer.

It was a pleasure to work with Nigel. He was extremely patient and encouraging. Nigel is very knowledgeable and is able to relay information in a clear and concise manner.

Ms.Gentile did an excellent job helping with our problem, she was very informative and patient working with me.

Horrible interaction with staff. They have no clue about how to handle a customer .

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Nigel. Nigel is very knowledgeable and was patient ( we are seniors and don’t have a good grasp of technology:) and helped us resolve our issue. We were very impressed at how competent he was and how he was able to identify exactly what to do on both his end and mine. We actually had a video technician appointment scheduled, but they were running behind and so Nigel kindly offered to help us. We were so glad he did! Thank you, Nigel for being so helpful!

Ellis did an amazing job helping me today. He went above and beyond as an agent, more than any other agent that I spoke with today have done. Even though I was out of town and he called me back at the exact time I was gonna be at my place, which made the process so much easier. He’s an awesome employee and you are lucky to have him.

Nigel was wonderful! He checked my system, arranged for a tech to come and check it out. He helped me with the financial aspects. The entire time he was kind, polite and respectful towards me.

Their customer service and billing department are among the worst of the worst. I tried to cancel service in August 2025. They continued billing my account thru Jan 2026 and who knows maybe February as well. After numerous calls and chats with their customer service I finally went to the BBB. Hopefully the charges will stop and they will refund my account for months of erroneous charges. Too many choices available now that are cheaper and have better customer service. Buyer beware!!!!

Nigel was so helpful. I had a stressful morning trying to figure out how to stop the chirping and Nigel was very patient with me. We also had a few laughs. He is a great customer service representative with a lovely personality. Thank you!

Quick and effective assistance

Sean was extremely knowledgeable in everything he done for us. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone. He explained each and everything he was doing for us as he was doing it and took the time to teach us how to use the keypad as well.

Stop CPI from advertising towards children.......these latest commercials are doing just that.
