Unsurprisingly not efficient
First of all, I would like to suggest that you consider hiring couriers who can read.
My name is clearly displayed at the entrance of my building. Nevertheless, according to the courier who attempted to deliver my parcel, my name was “not there”. An impressive observation, considering it very much was.
Unfortunately, I did not answer the phone at the exact moment the courier called. This single missed call was apparently sufficient justification not to deliver the parcel, not to attempt contact again a minute later, and to immediately return the package to your warehouse.
After contacting your call center, I was assured that they would “do their best” to arrange a new delivery. Unsurprisingly, this effort seems to have been defeated by a stronger force: laziness.
To make matters worse, the link provided via SMS to reschedule the delivery leads only to an error page, making it impossible to take any action on my side—even if I were inclined to fix a problem I did not create.
The order was placed through Temu, and unfortunately, I am not given the option to choose the delivery company. I sincerely wish I could.
I expect a clear explanation for this situation and, more importantly, a proper delivery of my parcel without further unnecessary complications.
