Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. The parcel was not picked up on time and there was no proper update or follow-up.

Customer service was a complete waste of time. Calls were redirected repeatedly, agents were rude, and no one took responsibility or provided a solution. It genuinely felt like customers are not valued at all.

I would not recommend Koombiyo Delivery to anyone who expects basic professionalism or accountability.

Do not ever take the service of this shitty company as they never deliver the packages on time and I have been almost waiting for 1 week to receive my package and I have been calling calling and nobody is taking the responsibility and still I haven't get the package...
I wouldn't ever recommend this shitty company to anybody and they are not Kumbiyo... They are snail... Even worst than snail... Charging hell of lot of money from customers but never deliver the product at all.

The rider never answered calls and kept passing responsibility to others. Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. They kept lying about the delivery date and failed to deliver on the promised day.

Customers are treated with zero respect. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend Koombiyo Delivery Service.

No top level people to take desison.
Lot of time agent doesn't answer the phone calls when they put issue tickets. Really dissatisfied. Very irresponsible.

We are as GDL Trading work with koombiyo delivery service almost 05 years . we confirm that They have always make suportice and trustworthy Service. No any bad experience with them.as well as the covid period got on time delivery and timely payment . after joing with Temu majority of the customers who made the orders with carelessness and ignorance caused the delay in delivery.after withdrawing with the Temu no such problems with their delivery system .if ther's issues (customer reschedule , no phone answer, customer out of city, customer unable to pay same day) with customer take more than 03 days ,if thers no issues with customers within 02 days deliver .I put this not as a client asked with the customers . If a client deliver qualitative and genuine items i recommend koombiyo delivery service .

The worst delivery company I ever dealed with.Customer service is good for a primary kid. My order is delivered to a wrong address and still waiting for it. Once it rescheduled my order and after so many attempts I was able to take my order back. Delivery guys aren’t answering phone calls. It’s better to take their phones and give them a map of Sri Lanka.Anyway if you see this never hand over your parcel to this company. It’s better if you walk with the parcel and give it for receiver.If you are waiting for your parcel,thank you for your patience. Maybe you won’t be lucky enough to see it again.

THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WAS 2025/05/14 BUT THE DELIVERY NOT YET ARRIVED THIS DELAY WAS NOT COMMUNICATED AND CAUSED DISTRUPTION

This is the worst delivery company ever if I could give a lower rating than one stars I would gladly give a minus rating. They never deliver on time I had to call them n go behind them n beg for them to deliver my packages even in calling u have to be on hold for more than 30 minutes just to get an agent and even the agents are clueless and pathetic they are pathological liars lying about order I called 4 days just to tell them to send my orders in total I had to be on call for more than 2 hours and each day they lied telling we will send it today n all each day it's a new lie and when I called today I got to know that they have returned my package back to temu??? I didn't even request a return??? It's their responsibility to deliver on time and this pathetic company returns the frikkin orders , wasting our money and time n energy and the employees in the call are sooo unprofessional losers when I was complaining about them returning my order n asking what should I do now they had the audacity to cut the call like that's so low and unprofessional instead of assisting me the hung up !!!! IM very very disappointed

Very disappointed with the delivery. They handed over my order to a delivery company called “Koombiyo,” and I never received the package. No one answers the phone, and it’s been over a week. This company is full of liars and thieves. Please don’t trust them!

The most unreliable service I have ever seen

From the reviews already here, i have no idea why and how these scam artists are still operational in SL!! We have paid for 4 packages in $ and were promised they would be delivered on 29/04/2025.
Today the extremely RUDE rider calls and says "there are only 2 packages, if you want, come get them or complain to whoever you want"
Can the authorities not shut this scam operation down so innocent people don't waste time and money waiting for them to deliver?
* The hotline # is not answered, the WhatsApp # does not work, emails are ignored, sales/info numbers are not answered...HOW does one contact these horrible rogues?

ලංකාවෙ තියෙන මෙලෝම වැඩකට නැති තිබ්බත් වැඩක් නැති courier service එකක් customer service එකත් ඒ වගේ branches network එකත් ඒ වගේම තමා මෙලෝම තේරුමක් නෑ phone bussy, answer කරන්නෙ නෑ customer service hotline එකේ උන් නිදිද කොහෙද line එකට එන්නෙ නැ site එකේ tracking ඊට අන්තයි සමහර වෙලාවට details මුකුත් පෙන්නන්නෙත් නෑ time, date එක්ක tracking වත් අප්ඩේට් වෙන්නෙ නැ කිසිම වැඩකට නැති courier එකක් 🤮

The delivery service is very bad.. I haven't received my parcel yet. They keep giving me excuses day after day.. They say the parcel was returned because of your own mistake.. You lose the trust of a customer.. We pay money and get the parcel but we don't receive the parcel on time.. Your service is really useless... They don't even answer any of the contact numbers you give. A very bad delivery service

Koombiyo is a really shitty service. They say delivery failed without even calling and then give a number for area manager which is never answered. Their hotline is also unanswered though it rings for ages. They have had my parcel since 23rd April without attempting to deliver then within 10 minutes of the message saying handed to rider they message again saying failed to deliver when the rider didnt even call me

Very poor service.should remove from delivery system in sri lanka.Riders have really bad attitudes.delayed delivery for more than 5 days.even though got msg telling handed over to riders.really disappointed.how can they do like this to customers.somehow should take action against this kind of thieves. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I would never recommend this company, complete bullshit and useless people. Extremely worse experience every time my package goes to their hands. JUST DONT TRUST OR USE THEM! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED, EVERY SINGLE TIME! They call you and send reminders but no one shows up with the package! They send reminder, which are utter bullshit! Their hotline is crap! they do not do anytime helpful even if you call them every single day to get the package delivered!
So PLEASE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED ON TIME !

Time wasting Service. You always waste our time. No one takes responsibility about the customers and their packages. All the managers and supervisors are always busy or decline customer calls.
