So far so good! I'm impressed with the ease and agility of the Hearth platform. We purchased the full package with concierge and AI receptionist and its been a great addition to track calls and assist people even if I cant ger to the phone. All Hearth employees I have worked with have been friendly and knowledgeable

I made a mistake on applying for credit the for a bathroom remodel. I saw my error and did not know how to correct it. I sent an email to Hearth and immediately (late on a Monday evening) pointing out what I had done wrong and giving me the tools to correct it.

Spoke with Ruben several times, without heat trying to complete the application properly and with no time to spare. He was AWESOME! Very calm compared to me rushed and cold literally. Furnace to be installed in the morning. Can’t thank him enough for being so calm cool and collected. Toni
