Booster sessions are complementary and completely optional audio sessions designed to enhance the effectiveness of your main Kure program and they are shared across all Kure programs.

You can use Boosters whenever you feel the need for extra support or motivation — for example during stressful moments, when motivation dips, or when you want to reinforce progress. However, your core alcohol program remains the primary and most important part of your journey. 🙏

We’re sorry to hear about this experience — we understand how upsetting it is to believe your subscription was canceled and then see another attempted charge months later.

To clarify, once a subscription is canceled correctly and confirmed, no further payments should be taken after the current billing period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, but an acknowledged cancellation request should prevent future renewals. If a payment attempt occurred afterward, that’s something we absolutely want to investigate, as it may be due to a system or payment-provider error rather than an active subscription.

We’re also sorry the program didn’t deliver the results you hoped for. Progress can vary, but that doesn’t make this billing situation acceptable.

Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your account email and the date of the attempted charge so we can review your cancellation record, clarify what happened, and resolve this properly.
