First my credit card was collected and this enable me to order a report for my tenant. Once tenant submitted the information and received confirmation from leaderunner that i can access the report, they asked me to update the credit card information first (again). Now after updating the credit card detail second time, i still can not access the report for some mysterious reason. Terrible website and terrible experiance so far

I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to use their system and how valuable the information was that they provided me. I appreciate having the ability to be able to use just the background check option and it allow my prospects to pay for their background. I also appreciate not having to pay for their background ability to use just the option I am interested in. I am an individual landlord, with only a few doors. All the other available features would be nice but it cuts way too much into my profit and not financially beneficial for my business.

I have been using LeaseRunner for years now for tenant screening. They have never disappointed me. It is a great service and I am happy I found them. Definitely a gem out of all the other options available.

LeaseRunner is only good at screening good people
LeaseRunner is great, until it isn't. They failed to find some basic background information (felony drugs, DUIs, DV, etc.), we rented to the wrong people and now we are having to pay a lawyer.

LeaseRunner complied with all regulations in screening this customer's tenant. Various laws and regulations may prohibit reporting certain information where there is insufficient court information to meet US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) reportability standards. In this case, the customer wanted LeaseRunner to report poor name matches and court cases that occurred outside the time limits imposed by law.
