Store is in general ok.
Shame customer support is awful for example:
I requested over 2 years ago improvement to website to see hierarchy/comparison of models to give customers option to choose the best device.
It seems nothing was improved.
2nd issue : I have bought 14 Ultra 2 years ago and I had issue with fogging camera unit and slowing down /unresponsiveness, hot device.
Phone was top shelf and priced with "premium" support promised -but support was rubbish.
They did not even offered replacement or coupon for a new device.
Due to lack of support I afraid to buy another high end phone from them!
Only plus for them is trade in offer.
Thats all.
I consider Honor or Oppo Instead.
No Samsung-due to bad experience with warranty repair(service tried set direct debits from Germany)

Great customer service

My son got the Xiaomi 5 watch for Christmas. He reported that the screen had gone dark and he couldn't see notifications or the time. I contacted customer support who were both efficient and helpful. His grandparents got it for him so our details were different from the original purchase information. I let them know, all correspondence came to me. Easy to return the watch, easy to track repair online. It obviously couldn't be repaired as they sent a brand new one. He was only without his watch for about 4 days. Thank you

I wished I read these reviews before…

I wished I read these reviews before buying. I purchased a Pad Pro 2 5g and was sent the one without 5g. Either way the tablet is very poor and requested to return it within the 30 days as advertised. Emailed but they have not responded. Tried calling and it cuts off so cannot speak top anyone. It’s advertise with a charger in the box but not charger came. It’s advertised as you can pay with interest free over 12 months but does not give you that option when you come to pay. The tablet has the following flaws:-
*it’s slow
*apps have bloatware
*the screen is poor resolution
*The sound is poor
Not happy at all. I would give it zero stars if it allowed me to. Buyers beware.

So far so good, although device is faulty.

Ordered redmi pad 2, arrived within 2 days, excellent device. Unfortunately, device frozen 3 times in one day. Contacted customer services, they advised that it is a manufacturing defect, and I should return the device. Return process started. So far, So good. Sad about the tablet as I loved it.... I will update the return process later.

Very poor customer service

Good evening. I bought a rice cooker and it did not fit in my kitchen. I took it to London Stratford stores for a refund or exchange and the store refused both. I only took the cooker out of the box and then put it back. The manager was very rude. I am a sixty year old woman and had to carry cooker back home by train.
I have now made official complaint.
Be very careful when you buy things from them. I will not recommend to anyone.

Xiaomi Band 10

I did finally seem to get it partially working but was still too fiddly so I have decided to return it to Amazon for a refund.

This is absolutely terrible!!

A good company. I was a bit stressed out because they split the delivery between two delivery companies. They also responded quickly to the situation, and they ultimately did everything right. So far, I've received only one item from the combined order. Everything works perfectly. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy from them. Very good price and quality. Sincerely.

Orders received fast. Returned order refunded quickly. No issues at all.

Bought the new redmi note 15 off their uk website, arrived within 2 days but I decided to order the 5g version instead, that arrived within 2 days too and I returned the first order. Free return postage, updates via email through the whole process and the money is back in my account less than a week after receiving the order. (2 working days for refund to appear after sending back)

Ordered another 5g version for the wife, also arrived within 2 working days. No issues at all.

Xiaomi UK the worst company to order from

I ordered from Xiaomi UK and paid on 12/01/26, but the parcel was never delivered and appears to be lost or stolen by the courier (DPD).

I contacted customer support three times via chat and phone. Each time I was told they would “contact DPD”, but nothing ever happened. There were no updates, no follow-up, and no resolution. The customer service is horrible — communication was difficult due to a clear language barrier, and it felt like scripted responses rather than anyone actually taking ownership of the issue.

After reading other Trustpilot reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t a one-off. Many people seem to be having the same problems, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

In the end, I am left without the item, without a replacement, and without a refund after waiting far longer than reasonable. Very poor service from a brand this size. I won’t be ordering again.

Not straight forward

Very bad experience with Xiaomi UK and their partner Recommerce Solution in a Trade In process, they literally change the goal post in the middle of the game just to rip me off.
They introduced a new field value in the declaration form to enable them reduce the original offer and this is unacceptable.

Shipping - says delivery in 2-3 business days and delivery charges £3.90, still item is coming late 🫩, lyers. What's the point paying for delivery, inefficient.

Terrible company

Terrible service. I ordered a phone Order number 5251220613501136 on December 20th. I still haven't received the package, and they're refusing to refund me. They're still waiting for an update from DPD. Regarding the return, I haven't received my money or the phone for over two weeks. I'll never buy anything from here again.

support email request 0323011406 - misleading support team - no compensation

I purchased poco f7 from official mi uk website under the order number 5250830465484481 on 30/08/2025, received a device with Serial Number: 66342/F5TP******(removed actual digits), facing heavy battery drain since 25th Sept 2025, so after 4 months of usage I felt the device needs some support, I sent an email and was acknowledged by (service.uk support.mi.com) with ID 0323011406, I am struggling to get any compensation from the team and they are stalling the process as much as possible based on the conversation in the email.

Xiaomi informed me to hand over device for service, however they are not providing a replacement device for the time being.

how can mi uk expect me to hold more than 1 phone, by all means a customer cannot always have more than 1 device, why would I buy a device with dual sim, it is purely to avoid the hassle of more devices

Very poor phone quality i have…

Very poor phone quality i have purchased Xiaomi mix flip phone in July and two months after the screen got faulty i have sent the phone and they repaired it and sent back after 30 days. Then in two months the screen got faulty again and i have sent the phone to them again and now they are saying that is a physical damage and i have to pay for the repair almost £400 but i have never dropped this phone the screen just got faulty because its a very poor quality. I have been a Xiaomi customer for the last 6 years and i was very happy with the products but after this crap i will never buy again Xiaomi as the warranty is crap as their phones and the stuff which repair the phones very disappointed from them. DO NOT BUY XIAOMI PRODUCTS

Very bad phone quality and customer service

I have been a loyal Xiaomi customer for many years and have always spoken highly of their products. Unfortunately, my recent purchase of the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has been extremely disappointing.
The phone had multiple serious issues: it often would not charge, call quality was very poor, and mobile data frequently failed, even when it appeared to be active.
When I contacted customer service, I requested a replacement. However, they asked me to select “refund” on their form, even though I clearly requested a replacement and was guaranteed that a replacement would be provided. After they received the phone, they insisted on processing a refund and ignored the screenshots I provided showing that a replacement had been promised.
Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, customer service offered only a £30 voucher. When I asked for a replacement at the same price I originally paid, they refused.
