DO NOT USE this company. They do not operate a legitimate business. Looks real on the website but they will take your money and not deliver your clothes. PLEASE don't order from them as my experience has been horrific and I never received anything and they took my money. Going through what will be no doubt a lengthy legal process.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My tracksuit was nothing remotely like the picture. Completely different design and the bottoms were a different colour all together. Material is just nasty.

Fast delivery. Product as described.

Hi so I already put an review of how bad this company is. I’ve not given your money back your address they’ve sent me is back to China not there London as a claim it will cost me £123 to send the item back which was only £60 so anybody else that has had problems I’ve gone to my bank and my bank are now recharging the money back to me. I hope this helps other people because it’s very sad and very bad quality. What was given also I’ve been very generous and asked them I would send it back but not to China. Could they give me their London base? They have not got a London base. It is all in China which is why on their website. It’s only a mobile number so I hope this helps many others who have not had their money back. Constant emails back and forward saying they will give me 40% of 50% of 60%. I’ve asked for all my money back but they want the items back which then as you all don’t realise it cost you to send it back highly I’ve kept all my emails and sent them to the bank to show them how I’ve been willing to be reasonable and could they send me their London base but they don’t so I hope this helps others who are trying to get their money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item of clothing which arrived and was nothing like the picture on the website and was of extremely poor quality. When asked to return for a refund they offered a partial store credit and after pressing them they eventually offered a partial refund which was not acceptable. I complained to my bank who recovered the money I paid in full.

No stars for this scam company. Customer Service is non existent, despite what they say on their website about no questions asked returns. They will not refund, just offer store credit.

The coat looked nothing like the website image, it was printed polyester not wool weave. It was late arriving. It was unwearable as a coat or as any item really.

Do not give them your money. Do not fall for it like I did.

The worst buyer experience, I bought the boots, delivery took 2 weeks, finally the boots arrived, but were too small, tried to contact the seller for return and refund, after a week of emailing, they refused to take them back, asked for a video to prove that the boots are too small for me, later when i said that im going to leave them bad feedback they offered me a voucher to spend on their website, a week later still waiting. Don’t buy anything of this website!!!

I wore the jeans all day, they haven't shifted and have retained their original shape, which makes them incredibly comfortable to wear.

The winter coat is poor in quality for an expensive price. The first in the winter coat keeps falling off and the pocket was tearing. I am very disappointed with the quality. The delivery time too is long.

I posted earlier on this site. Xmas jumper arrived Xmas Eve 3 weeks after the order was placed. Not knitted as advertised, some type of polyester. No labels at all on the garment. Shapeless and far too big. Cheap and nasty. Nothing like the ad.
I have been asking for return address for 6 weeks now. Eventually gave me an address in Holland. Cost of return is mine and would be costly. As it happens I kept original packaging. There was a return address in London!
I have returned it to London with all details of transactions but still they have not refunded me. They have had my money now for 6 weeks! It is a total scam. Please don’t buy from them you will regret it.
I will not give up and will be contacting the authorities. Apart from the misleading advertisements the material had no labels and would possibly be dangerous near open flame? Dreadful to imagine what could happen

Scam Company. Sent a completely cheap awful garment instead of the one I ordered. Ordered really lovely zip fronted cardigan 100%Cotton. Got a hoody which was 95% polyester and 5% spandex ??? DO NOT BUY from this Company. Supposedly based in Holland but actually in China.

Item advertised as corduroy trousers, when they arrived, they were not corduroy and were like lounge trousers quality was appalling,
Company want me to pay to send trousers back to China at my cost for them to review before they decide if they will refund me

Agree with all the reviews about this company .. items are of poor quality .. sizing are all wrong ! Don’t get dupped by their advertisements .. total scam !! Cheap made in China !

To any other victims that fell for this scam - contact your banks asap and return your money through them. Their actions are illegal and you have a full right to get your money back.

Ordered a Christmas jumper.
1 turned up after Christmas
2 advertised as wool. Wss cheap acrylic
3 sleeve design different - one 3 leafed holly, the other 4 - one of many differences
4 contacted them to say it was a different product
5 asked to send evidence
6 sent multiple photos to demonstrate
7 wouldn’t admit different item
8 offered me a tiny amount refund to keep. I said I wanted a full refund and free postage
9 then they stopped replying.

Appalling. Avoid. Wrong products with no consumer support.

If it was possible I would rate them zero stars. This company are completely untrustworthy, they're a complete scam. Once they get your money for inferior goods, they won't give it back when you request to return. I ordered a pair of trousers that looked fine on the advert, but that's where the problems started. They took over 3 weeks to arrive, so clearly not from the UK, and on arrival they looked cheap and didn't look good when I tried them on. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a returns label from them and they keep replying (4 times) asking me for a video or photo showing the issue!! How can I send them a photo or video of me not liking the product. The request is insane; nonsense at best. I cannot get them to send me a returns label so I am stuck with a new pair of trousers that I don't want. They have stolen my money. Don't trust or buy from them. You will regret it!!
