i get so many compliments when I wear the vintage set i bought from ox knit. I wouldn't have purchased if i had read all the trust pilot reviews but i adore my purchase. my son likes his vintage shirts as well

Didn’t receive item and no one will respond.

Après avoir commandé deux pulls, j'ai lu les avis et me suis inquiété de ne pas recevoir ma commande.
Pourtant, j'ai reçu les deux articles trois semaines plus tard. Les pulls sont de qualité et totalement conforme à ceux présenté sur le site.

My first order was delivered in a timely manner and I felt like I paid a fair price for a quality garmet. When I contacted customer support regarding the size and fit of my order, the agent quickly suggested the best possible solution for me.

In summary, I paid a fair price for a great sweater and treated exceptionally well by customer serivce. So well in fact, I just bought two more items.

Bin überrascht hier so viel Negatives zu lesen. Habe vor kurzem etwas bei Oxknit bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Größe passt perfekt, die Lieferdauer fand ich ok, und die Qualität war besser als erwartet.
Habe nun wieder mehrere Teile bestellt, bin gespannt!

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht! Richtig gute Qualität und die Teile sitzen perfekt. Das Design ist genau so wie gezeigt, sehr cool. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ich habe das erste Mal hier bestellt und natürlich war klar, dass die Lieferung aus China kommt und alles etwas dauert. Die Lieferzeit lag unter drei Wochen, die Ware war 100% in Ordnung und von guter Qualität, also definitiv nicht das, was man von üblichen China-Shops kennt. Da ich vorab alles gut ausgemessen habe, muss ich keine Retoure anmelden, kann diesen Part also nicht beurteilen. Kommunikation von Bestellung bis Lieferung war einwandfrei.

Waited 3 weeks for delivery after contacting them finally told style had been discontinued.

I have now waited 31 days for my package. The tracking says they were unable to find my address - but I had successfully ordered from them before. I have tried to contact someone for three weeks now and have not even received a reply. It appears to be sitting in a 'warehouse.' I purchased buyer protection and want a refund, but no one will communicate with me to give me a refund.
You are taking a major risk by attempting to buy products from this company.

I ordered 2 sweaters one came with a stain on the neckline and the labels had been taken out of the inside.
As stated by other disappointed customers zero customer service. You can write them over and over and they never respond.
Don’t buy from this vendor

I have 4 tops from them... 3 I havent washed yet (or worn apart from trying on). 1 I have worn and washed a few times now. washed in cold gently wash and air dried. no shrinkage or fading.
I'll probably get more.

My first order from Oxknit.
I was but affraid about the quality, because the prices are low.
But today i get mu 3 clothes, they are amazing.
Fitting perfectly, the fabric is 100 percent cotton and the tracking of parcel was easy to survey.

I recommande the brand.

The designs on the sweaters are cool, HOWEVER, the customer service experience is literally horrible. It's not cheap stuff and if you have to return something, they make it next to impossible, and you have to pay for the shipping.

Ich war am Anfang skeptisch, habe aber eine Strickjacke entdeckt, die ich einfach zu Weihnachten verschenken MUSSTE!
Also bestellt und Daumen gedrückt...
Die Jacke kam schnell an und war von überraschend toller Qualität. Der Sitz war auch super.
Mein Fazit: Ich werde gleich für mich bestellen. :-) Alles top!

FRAUD! They stole over $750 CAD from my account but it said knits.ca Vancouver on the charges. I have never given my information to either company. DO not even click on their ad. If you do lock your cards ASAP.

I'm happy with my order. I like the style of the clothes, and for the price quality is absolutely okay.
My parcel did take two weeks to arrive (Germany) so everything is fine.

Excellent quality product and as a result I have purchased again. However, beware of shipping as it takes a fairly long time especially during the busy holiday season. So order early if ordering for occasions such as Christmas or birthdays.

A tutta prima sembra un sito americano, poi ovviamente è la solita roba cinese, solo più cara. La consegna un calvario. Sto ancora aspettando una maglia che risulta in Italia da una settimana. Il tracking mostra che il corriere è già passato, ma non è vero, perché ero a casa tutto il giorno in quella data.
