I received my item, a few days ago, what a disappointment, very cheap looking and shoddy workmanship.
I sent an email to their support/customer service team to find out how I could send the item back for a refund........STILL have not had back from them.
Buyer beware this company are fleecing people for money, disgusting!!!

Great, took about 10 days to send to Iceland. Sweater looks great, feels great. No complaints

Op zich ging er niets mis, maar zo jammer dat deze leuke designs worden geproduceerd van dunne goedkope wol. De designs en de klanten verdienen beter. Nu eenmalig gedragen en in de kledingbak gedumpt.

I don't know why people are upset with this company.

1. It came earlier than the due date.
2. The quality is good!
3. They are as cute as they look online.

People need to remember that they aren't models.

Le silice client de OXKNIT ne fait visiblement aucun effort et ne répond pas à mes demandes de remboursement . En conclusion je ne serai ni livré ni remboursé. A éviter à tout prix

If your vibe is retro and 70's you will want to buy their unique items ! The only hiccup is the very long delivery time , but I'm ok with that.

I did not know it was made in China. My fault off course. It took a month and a half to get my sweater. It was not available, the said. You can easily mention on your website. It had to be made on mainland China, We all know how the working conditions are in China. Their communication is poor.. Never again!

Great designs, but the sleeves are very short and shipping takes forever to get to your home. It's too bad, because their items are so interesting! I ordered a few times, because the items are just too cute, but since the only thing the CS is telling me is to wait, and wait, and wait again, I guess that latest order will be the last.

Delivery is on the slow side, but I absolutely love their products. They’re worth the wait.

Although Oxnit's designs are nice, the quality is rather low.
Clothing from the 60s and 70s was tight and fitted to the body, not like the Oxnit wear which is too long and loose, even in a size S.
I've given them two chances, and since their return policy isn't good either, I won't buy from them again. Having said all that, I don't recommend them.

I placed my order on a knit pullover and never did I imagine the stress it brought I have ordered with many retailers online before and if my order was delivered to the wrong address they always do another delivery. Oxknit delivered my order to another address and thought by sending me a photo of the house that I would be satisfied. I emailed Oxknit customer service and they insist that I take a photo of my door and house. I live in a condo building with a unit number that I used upon placing my order. This was a run around with emails all I’m asking now is for my refund. Not once did they ask if I would like a redelivery but instead they want a picture of my door which I find very odd and suspicious. Refund my money is all I’m asking from Oxknit.

Qualité médiocre, tailles ne correspondent à rien. On a l'impression qu'ils vendent tous les vetements mal faits. Le rapport qualité/prix est très mauvais. De nombreux articles vendus chez eux sont 2 X moins chers ailleurs. Le service client est inexistant du fait qu'ils ne prennent pas en charge les frais de retours sachant pertinament que les produits taillent excissement mals et que les clients veulent tout renvoyer. Une honte !!!!!

Made an order on the website. Didn't see recieve any updates for almost 2 weeks. Emailed customer service to find out that my product eas sold out and hadn't been shipped. Was only offered an exchange or a refund. Wondering if I hadn't emailed, if I'd ever hear back at all.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The people who run OxKnit have to be the lowest form of human life. They know they are scamming people, and they do not give a hoot.
I was sucked in on FB by some cute sweaters, and did not listen to my gut. The sweaters were so small they could have fit an eight year old. I wanted to take advantage of the return/exchange insurance option that I had to pay for. There was no way to buy the sweaters without buying that, too. That should have made me cancel my order, but I was stupid.
The sweaters were shipped from China, and holy smokes, not only were they ridiculously small, but they were so cheaply made. I was told that if I wanted an exchange, I would have to send the first sweaters back, and pay another $63.00. What!? What about the guarantee I paid for? They quickly refunded that.
I said I would just prefer a refund. They gave me an address in mainland China, and very intricate instructions to follow on how to mail back the sweaters.
I followed the instructions to a T. Surprise, surprise, the company claimed they never received my package, and I never got my money back. So, I was out the cost of the sweaters, and the cost of the shipping to mainland China, which was quite expensive.
PayPal was of no use to me. They sided with OxKnit, even though it is obvious that OxKnit are crooks and scammers.

Every sweater I have purchased has been an eye catcher which guys come over to me to ask where I bought it. I have shared that Oxnit website so many times I should be on their payroll😂👀! I’m ordering again today as I see some summer items are on sale.

Not a great product. I ordered a knit sweater that was supposed to be neon pink (according to the webiste) with a dog wearing glasses. The colour is more of a salmon pink. Very muted and not what I expected. The material is pretty crappy and way too large (ordered based on their recommendation). I was not able to return because it came from china. Customer service was ok - they offered a 10% refund and 10% coupon code but I'm not buying anything from there anymore, so that's useless.

AVOID. Ordered two shirts, received in a reasonable amount of time, but the fit and quality was pretty bad. I would’ve had to pay for return shipping to China worth more than the shirts.
Ended up donating them without ever removing the tags.

I placed an order on September 11th, it hasn’t arrived. It was in Indiana, apparently, then came to Connecticut (my home state) to a town thirty minutes away then was shipped overseas to Asia! Why???? I don’t get it! Never again!
