Non Professional Courier Service in Specially Karachi City
my 4th time Experience with this courier service is very very bad
Recently i place a online order on 6th Jan 26 and today date is 16th Jan when i write this review
1st time i check where is my parcel on 13th jan i saw that Enroute for Delivery i start waiting but
Rider not came on my given address and submit the fake attempting report that CNA (Customer not available) Even he can't contact with me on my cell phone number
and 2nd time on 15th jan i saw again Enroute for Delivery but in the evening almost 6:42pm again rider put a fake submit report ICA(INCOMPLETE ADDRESS)

Wtf 😤😡😡🤥 i am totally disappointed from this courier service
riders are so no professional's of this company
i gave 0.0000001% into the 100 score

Total Fraud
The make false claims of delivery attempts and than return the parcel. Sometimes even making false claims that the customer did not accept the parcel.
I ordererd a parcel on 9 jan 2026 and it is still yet to come. I contact them on daily basis and they always reply with (Will be delivered today or Still working on it) This company should be dismanteled.

I would like to highlight an issue regarding a courier shipment booked on 9th December 2025, for which additional charges were paid for special handling. However, as of 17th December 2025, the shipment remains pending at the Kharchi office.

Over the past three days, I have contacted the helpline multiple times and was assured that the matter had been escalated and would be resolved on a priority basis. Unfortunately, there has been no progress to date.

This delay is disappointing and does not align with service expectations, particularly after paying extra handling charges. I hope the concerned team will take immediate action to resolve this matter.

I wish i could give 0

PostEx is hands down the most unreliable and frustrating delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. My 4 parcel by well known brands were sent still no delivery. Absolutely unacceptable.

Their customer service is a joke. I’ve tried calling countless times and their numbers are always busy. No updates, no accountability, no way to get help. Once your parcel is with PostEx, consider it lost in another dimension.

Because of this company, brands lose customers and reputations suffer. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid PostEx at all costs. There are far better courier services out there that actually deliver parcels instead of excuses.

I should have given them minus stars…

I should have given them minus stars (if the option is present). I prepared one report over one year.
The delivery boy reached the address outside the building and insisted on coming outside the building to receive the parcel, and that he would not deliver the parcel inside the building to another person in the office. I was out of town, so I could not receive. I even offered them that I will give them Rs. 2000 for delivery and requested to please not return the documents. They returned the parcel to me after more than 1 month. I got loss of 1.1 million due to the non-delivery of a parcel to the address and the late return to me (in time return would have saved my one year efforts and monetory loss).

I’ve had a terrible experience with…

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. It’s been 15 days, and I still haven’t received my parcel. The service is third-class, and to make matters worse, the delivery riders have a really bad attitude. It’s unacceptable, and I urge others to avoid using this company if they want timely and respectful service.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. The delivery process was badly managed and the rider behaved unprofessionally. There was no responsibility or clear communication. I will not use this courier again and do not recommend it to others. And totally scammers

Very poor service

Very poor service. Staff were rude, unresponsive, and did not provide any updates. Messages were ignored, causing unnecessary stress. This level of behavior and communication is unacceptable. The company should improve staff professionalism, ensure timely responses to messages, and provide regular updates to customers. Better communication and respectful behavior are essential for quality service.

Terrible Experience: Parcels Stuck, Riders Lying, No Resolution

I have had extremely disappointing and frustrating experiences with PostEx, and I feel compelled to warn others about the ongoing issues with their riders and their complete lack of accountability.

Two of my parcels have been stuck in a loop of misinformation, false statuses, and rider dishonesty for over 10 days. One parcel was shipped before November 30th, and the other on December 04th, but neither has been delivered to me even once, despite repeated assurances from PostEx that the matter was being handled “on priority.”

Parcel 1 – Rider Dishonesty & Fake Delivery Attempts

The first parcel was marked with the false reason: “address incomplete”.
This was completely untrue. I confirmed with the sender, and the address was 100% complete.PostEx asked me to “update the address,” which I still did just to cooperate.

Then things got even worse:

The parcel was assigned to a new rider, and PostEx provided me with the rider’s name and contact number at 03.30 in the morning. When I called that number, the rider denied he was the person PostEx said he was and gave me a completely different name.

Soon after, the parcel was sent back again with the reason: “customer refused to accept”, another false and fabricated excuse.

The sender then contacted me, asking why I was refusing a replacement parcel, even though I never refused anything at all. The riders simply took the parcel back without attempting delivery.

This behaviour is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable for a courier company.

Parcel 2 – Stuck Between Rawalpindi & Islamabad

My second parcel, coming from Lahore, has been bouncing between Islamabad and Rawalpindi for over a week with no delivery attempt whatsoever.

Every time I contact support, I hear the same repeated script: “We are looking into it on a priority basis. This is a local branch issue.” I specifically requested to speak with a branch manager, but after multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t been connected to anyone in charge.

Customer Service – No Ownership or Resolution

PostEx’s customer service team has been polite but totally ineffective. They repeat the same generic lines, promise follow-ups that never happen, and fail to take responsibility. There is no escalation, no managerial contact, and no actual resolution.

This has been one of the worst courier experiences I’ve ever had. The riders’ dishonesty, fake statuses, lack of accountability, and the absence of any managerial oversight make PostEx a highly unreliable service. Customers deserve transparency, timely delivery, and honest communication, none of which I experienced with this company.

Postex is a total nightmare and should…

Postex is a total nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. They outright stole a parcel that was never delivered to the customer and refused to respond despite countless emails and complaints. Their customer service is nonexistent, and dealing with them is an exercise in frustration.

Now, they have the audacity to charge whatever they want on every COD, with zero explanation or accountability. This company is unprofessional, shady, and completely unreliable. Using Postex is asking for trouble don’t even think about it.
