If I could give ZERO stars I would. I used them, and it was the worst business decision I have made in decades. Funky Junk Auctions is an online business,delivery is a big part of our clients expectations. The parcels sat here for 6 days, waiting for them to pick them up. My hours are from 9 to 5....pretty decent window....they were here at 7:05 every day even after being told they could not come at that hour, I explained no one would be here, they said that is when they go by our place, you need to be there. Bye Bye ICS

Charge 45$ of fee for fixing a address…

Charge 45$ of fee for fixing a address mistaken for a 12$ deliveries. We always get issue with deliveries. Forget to pick up a parcel that we prepare. Took 3-4 days everytimes. We're go back with Purolator or Nationex. Better service.

Dismal performance

Dismal performance. My shipment was left at the dropoff depot for 10 days, and only discovered after the shipment was reported as missing. On other shipments, the tracking 'detail' only described parcel drop off at depot and then delivered - sorry ICS, that not called tracking. You are slow and forgetful. Sad performance for a Courier - Canada Post does better

Do not use this service!

Absolutely terrible experience with ICS Courier. My package was marked as "delivered," but their own proof-of-delivery photo shows it dumped in the snow in the middle of the street, nowhere near any house. Their own proof of delivery says left at the porch, yet no porch on the picture. Thankfully AMEX saw the pictures and opened a dispute since they refused any responsibility or refund.

Stupid, incompetent company. Avoid at all costs, use literally any other courier. This was my first and last time using this service, I would not order from a company using this service

Pire service de livraison

Il livre qu'une seul fois. Si t'es pas là, il garde le colis. Tu dois le chercher à leur seul point dépôt qui es à dorsal qui es ouvert de 8:00 à 16:30 du lundi au vendredi. Quand tu travaille et habite loin. Tu ne peux pas y aller. Il ne réponde pas au émail. Sa prit 50 minute au téléphone pour un agent incompétent.a évite comme la peste.

Absolutely terrible experiences time after time

Absolutely terrible experiences time after time. Website claims delivery attempts that definitely didn't happen. Couriers don't use provided buzzer codes, then we're told we have to pay for another redelivery attempt. Failed deliveries sit in their sort centres forever, without any notifications or returns. Escalations with their support teams do absolutely nothing. They are now blacklisted at our company, we will not be shipping with ICS again.

Completely Useless

These geniuses left a note on the door of our office saying they tried to deliver. They didn't knock or call the number on our door. I called their head office and was told that their drivers won't use their personal mobiles and so the company has no way to contact them. She then said that if they couldn't deliver the next time, I would have to go out to Etobicoke to pick it up. Completely useless.

Awful service.

We were willing to give this Canadian company a try, and scheduled a couple of pick ups with them. Their pick up window is 9-5, non guaranteed.
They didn't show the first time, so we rescheduled our pickups. And they never showed! No notifications, nor explanations. Meanwhile, you loose days with no shipping to your customers

This carrier is included on the ClickShip/Freightcom app, and unlike all other carriers listed on these platforms, ICS cannot be hidden from your rate searches. Seem they are trying to force customers to use it, which is a shame.

If I could give a negative number I…

If I could give a negative number I would. Of the five parcels I shipped eight days later two are lost in transit and one was found on the ground at a store 40km from us. Tried to get customer service but that's asking too much from this company, tracking info is absolutely useless as is is never updated.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely Useless company

Absolutely Useless company! They cannot comprehend instructions, as well, they leave important packages outside, without informing receiver. Like they literally just threw my package at the front door of my building, without even notifying it was delivered

The worst courier service!

The worst courier service!
ICS Courier clearly does not understand that offices do not open early in the morning. They attempt deliveries before business hours, leave useless notes, and then force you to waste an entire day traveling far just to pick up your parcel. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

What an absolutely useless courier!

What an absolutely useless courier!! They have no idea what they are doing!! So unreliable! I emailed their parent company to complain and they also have an “F” rating with the BBB. So tempted to file a lawsuit against them and their parent company as someone needs to do something about this incompetent company!

Unacceptable Conduct and Inexcusable Customer Service Failures

ICS Courier has provided one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever encountered. A door knocker was left at my residence claiming a “2nd delivery attempt” had been made—yet no first attempt was ever recorded or received. The parcel in question is entirely unknown to me, and I was given no advance notice, explanation, or identification of the sender.

Upon contacting customer service by email, I was informed—without apology or flexibility—that redelivery was not permitted and that I would be required to drive an hour each way to collect the parcel myself. When I telephoned customer service to clarify the matter, I was interrupted mid-sentence by a representative who abruptly and pre-emptively claimed she could not disclose the sender’s identity—before I had even asked her to do so. She then hung up on me while I was still speaking.

Since that call, I have been unable to reconnect with the customer service line. Whether this is due to being blocked or a technical failure is unclear, but the pattern of dismissiveness and inaccessibility is deeply troubling.

This company’s lack of professionalism, refusal to assist or clarify the nature of an unsolicited parcel, and contemptuous treatment of a member of the public are wholly unacceptable. ICS Courier has demonstrated a complete failure in both delivery procedure and basic customer respect.

Avoid this company if you value reliability, transparency, or any form of competent human engagement.

Awful

Awful. Nobody has a clue what they are doing and you have to chase after these guys for anything to get done. If you're a small business that wants to ship to end users, you can forget about these clowns as they won't support retail.

An item was shipped to me( in Chatham

An item was shipped to me( in Chatham, On.) from North York Ontario. Got a tracking number. In tracking my order, their website said "out for delivery" at 08:43 am on June 12. Waited all day, NO DELIVERY! According to their website, it was back to their sorting facility in London, on June 13 at 08:49 am and was out for delivery @ 12:53. Waited all day, NO DELIVERY. called customer service, they couldn't find my tracking number!???!!!! They finally found the shipper and saw my order. Said they would contact their operations dpt. and would call me back. NEVER DID!!!!!! This is beyond absurd!!!!!!!

Ridiculous to even use this service

Ridiculous to even use this service. Package was rerouted to the warehouse because it said incorrect address. Address was correct. I had to drive 15km to get my package. Hours are Mon to Fri 11-4. It what world are these hours doable for the average working person ?

Delivery is unreliable

Delivery is unreliable. No doorknockers or notifications of attempted delivery. When calling customer service, I was advised to go to the Depot which is shared with CanPar. ICS Courier has no customer service on site. It was handled by CanPar who couldn't even help me because they can't access their freight. Waste of a trip. Tracking updates are unreliable. Parcel was out for delivery on Monday and three days later, package still not received. Communication between customer service and the local depot is terrible. No feedback loop that the local depot is correcting the situation. This company fails to deliver reliable service.
