I've used this company twice. They're very reliable and make moving so much easier. I was lucky enough to have Krasi and Kris help me both times.

I had a pretty simple move, short distance and 3 people to help the 2 guys. I booked 2 hours to complete the move. Whilst the furniture was secured well, the vans were full of bits everywhere in the back. I was invited on to check nothing was left and found 2 boxes and a bag that hadn’t been taken off. I have already noticed that my clothes maiden is missing.. no doubt somewhere on the van (I definitely loaded it in the trolley to go on the van).

The main issue for the 1* is the van went to the wrong location (it’s a 9 minute drive but they went to a different place 15 minutes away). Whoever was in the office was pretty useless, sending me pictures of an unknown location and asking me to meet the van. When asking what the address was where they were, they were giving my address…

The van eventually arrived 45 minutes AFTER we had arrived, despite setting off at the same time.

The office found the time to offer up 30 minutes extra free, but were quick to say any extra time would be charged at £43 every 30 minutes.

They then had the cheek to ask mid unloading for me to get the money there and then… I suspect lots of delaying tactics were going on. Had I not been rushing them, they would have definitely gone over the 2 hour window for probably 1/4 of a van full.

Oh, then they sent me someone else’s invoice on WhatsApp with all their details on (ps I hope you’ve reported the to the Information Commissioners Office as required)

TLDR: use someone else.

I recently used Removals Zone for my move, and I have to give a special mention to Krasi and Kris. They did an absolutely amazing job.

Moving can be stressful, but they made it seamless. They handled all my belongings with great care-everything arrived safely without a single scratch. Their communication was excellent from start to finish; they were polite, professional, and kept me updated the whole time.

If you are looking for a team that is efficient and trustworthy, I highly recommend Krasi and Kris. Thank you both for your hard work!

Sadly this company is about to rip you off like they did with me. I specified that we are moving from a house on the first floor into the house on the third floor with no lift, quote was given and to my surprise they apparently didnt note the first floor and the worst thing is that they only moved my stuff to the second floor and not even into the flat! They also asked for more money when the price was agreed beforehand, their reason was it took longer because of the traffic, which was a lie because me and my husband followed them with our car ans there was absolutely no traffic. Shocking service, shocking!

Dymitr and Georgie were a huge help and got the job done quickly. No nonsense guys who were polite and efficient. Definitely recommend (much cheaper than other options too!)

We used Removals Zone on 18 December in London and the service was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We explicitly booked full packing assistance, which I confirmed multiple times in advance because we have a 10-month-old baby. Despite this, the team arrived visibly annoyed that packing was required.

Key issues:

No packing strategy at all – they waited for instructions and created chaos in the flat

Extremely slow and inefficient work; after 3 hours, only a small part of our 43 m² flat was packed

We were forced to pack ourselves, including while carrying our baby, which is exactly what we paid to avoid

I had already packed 8 boxes before they arrived, yet progress was still unacceptably slow

No wardrobe boxes provided, despite being included in the offer

Boxes sealed by hand (no tape gun!!!), wasting time

Staff disappeared for smoking breaks

Very poor English, causing communication problems throughout the move

Incorrect billing: charged until 17:10 even though the team finished at 16:30

At the new flat, all boxes were dumped into the living room despite clear labels

Requests to avoid bringing wet equipment inside during heavy rain were ignored

We contacted the back office during the move because the service was already going badly. Instead of support, we were threatened that the service would be stopped, which was unacceptable given we had to hand over the flat the next day.

After the move, we submitted multiple formal complaints requesting a partial refund. The company never responded.

This was unprofessional, inefficient, and stressful at a time when we needed reliable help. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The only good thing is that they showed up on time and brought some stuff over to the new flat - but only 66% of our stuff, the rest was unpacked and we had to do it ourselves.

Anton and his Kazakh colleague xan (sorry sp!!!) were brilliant, Vladimir, Valerie, Dean on the booking team side… all did a brilliant job. Showed up on time, helped me move, didn’t dawdle and were good at advising me regarding the TV (always keep ur tv boxes!!!)

I’d recommend their services & would use them again (but hopefully not anytime soon!)

Did ask for a trust pilot review at the end, didn’t feel pressured and it’s fair enough, word of mouth is how business goes around.

The worst company I have ever dealt with — avoid at all costs.
We were quoted £250, but at the end they claimed it was only an “estimate” and charged £490. The deposit didn’t even go towards the final bill, bringing the total to £550 — just for moving a wardrobe, bed, fridge, sofa, and a few boxes. The price increase was completely unexpected and unjustified.

The handling of our furniture was careless from start to finish. The wardrobe wasn’t wrapped or protected, and the mattress wasn’t properly covered. Because of this, the wardrobe now has scratches along the edges. They also ripped the drawers out so roughly that some no longer work and others are starting to fall apart. I even have Ring camera footage showing them banging the wardrobe into the van. They reassembled the wardrobe only, but they broke the screws in our bed, leaving us needing to replace them ourselves.

The behaviour of the workers was equally unacceptable. Out of the three men sent, only the driver showed any professionalism. He had to constantly instruct the others, who worked painfully slowly. The two workers were bringing one small item at a time together, dragging the job out in a way that felt deliberate and designed to increase the cost. We ended up doing a large amount of the lifting ourselves.

When I contacted the company afterwards, they had the audacity to claim the damaged wardrobe “wasn’t the same one” — despite clear photographic and video evidence. Since then, they have ignored every message. They also refused to accept card payments, which is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how they operate.

Save your money and go with a company that has genuine, verified reviews and provides a reliable, fixed quote. This entire experience was a shock from start to finish. The level of damage, dishonesty, and unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable, and I will be taking legal action.
Please do not risk your money, your time, or your furniture with this company.
