The removal team of Mark and Harry did an excellent job over the three days of the move. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were focused on what we wanted done and the best way to do it.
The removal process was well coordinated and managed.

Nathan and Freddie were wonderful. So helpful and polite!

Professional, reliable and friendly from start to finish. Alison, the Move administrator, was so reassuring and helpful prior to our move whilst the two teams who packed and loaded ( Simon and Harry) and unloaded (Sean and Darren) couldn't have worked harder. We are so happy we chose White and Company at Telford.

I am angry and disappointed with the service provided! The boxes were badly packed with inadequate paper, items were muddled - eg my dog’s bed packed with my clothing and miscellaneous items just to fill the box. I have taken several photos to illustrate the shoddiness of the work. Boxes were incorrectly labelled with reference to room/ contents!
Boxes were stacked so high and so many in the kitchen that we couldn’t access the sink, appliances or cupboards! The whole experience was a disaster and at 75 years of age caused me great stress and unecessary work! I cannot recommend White and Co to anyone and this about a company who had such a good reputation! I would expect substantial financial compensation for this experience and await a response!

White and Company are a top class outfit, very professional and have excellent staff. Kevin and Mark, the guys who did our move were superb and took a lot of the stress out of the day for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removals company.

We had the pleasure of Jay Halcrow and Luke Richards move our house. Both were simply brilliant. Very chatty, nothing was too much trouble and were a genuine asset to the company. Would absolutely use White & Company to do house moves in the future.

Excellent service. The staff (Lewis Lakeman, Jon Smith and Paul Peters) were very helpful and courteous, even offering to relocate some very heavy furniture when I changed my mind! They arrived promptly and were flexible to accommodate our needs. Top service!

The team who moved us were very efficient, helpful and encouraging.

Very responsive and helpful at short notice, having been let down by another company. The team allocated from Forres were excellent, courteous, efficient and handled our belongings with respect and skill.

Movers were polite, efficient and handled my possessions with care. The only downside was that they had placed a box marked kitchen in an outdoor garden storage box. For over a week I thought they had lost it.

Very good experience with my removal within Bournemouth. Team arrived on time and were prepared. Did an excellent job of loading all my items. Could have benefited from some tools to help move large pieces of furniture - minor scuff damage to corners and walls. Excellent job unloading items at the new house. Brought extra staff to help unload once the keys had been received. I would definitely consider using them again.

Excellent service from all 3 ,slick packing , being really careful with everything.Putting padded covers over doors to protect furniture ,covers over anything that needed it .

We used the full packaging service plus rebuilding furniture etc. They arrived one day prior to move day, packed up 90% of the house, leaving us with the essentials. Very polite, professional and efficient. Nothing was damaged. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

The company took the stress out of moving house with their calm manner from the outset. My removal dates altered at the last minute but the company worked with me to be flexible and provide perfect alternative dates. I utilised the full packing service and over the 4 days, five team members attended. They all introduced themselves, were cheerful and professional throughout and they worked incredibly hard. They were polite and respectful of both properties and all our possessions. Possessions were packaged extremely well and boxes clearly labelled, which simplified getting them to the correct places in the new house.
From the initial removal survey, excellent communication with office staff, to the packing and removal, the company and staff were outstanding and I had full confidence in them.
