I bought a child’s toy which was delivered via drop shipping directly from the manufacturer in China. The toy arrived broken. I contacted the company several times. They gave an automatic response to ask for images of the toy not working. I sent them. They never gave me any further response or a refund. I would advise buying the product directly from Alibaba or the likes as this is where it’s sent from anyway and the customer service will be markedly better definitely a very poor business.

I have always found the customer service and quality of the clothing to be excellent. Their products are extremely well made, wear and wash well too.
