Sehr billige Verarbeitung dafür zu teuer, lasst alle die Finger davon es kommt von AliExpress . Einfach nur billig . Ich habe nie bei AliExpress bestellt, aber auf dem Versender stand AliExpress. Nur noch Betrüger.

Ordered a sink with working tap. Stopped working after a month. Emailed the company a number of times. Just keep getting the same response - I am out of the trial period therefore no refund. I have written explaining this is nothing to do with the trial period - anything that breaks so quickly is faulty. Still pursuing at the moment.

As reviews before me, avoid this company. Low quality products sold as high quality Montessori or wood toys. Company replies to emails, but no progress made on how to get a refund.

Habe einen Schulranzen für meine Enkelin bestellt. Leider klemmt der Reißverschluss, wollte ihn zurückschicken. Nur über Polen möglich. Porto gleich Wert der Ware. Habe nach einer deutschen Adresse gefragt, bis heute keine Antwort.

Alles nur Betrug, Geld weg, kaputten Schulranzen.

Ich konnte den Artikel, den ich zurückgeben wollte, behalten. Es handelte sich um einen Betrag unter 10,--.
Diesen bekam ich sofort erstattet.

Ordered my daughter a small electric tap and sink, it worked for 2 days and my daughter was absolutely obsessed.. Now the tap doesn't work, my daughter is so upset as it was her favorite Christmas present, she asks for the tap to come on every day. I have Contacted getkidzly multiple times and they keep sending the same automated reply for the last month. We just want a replacement tap or a refund. Avoid this company if you want cheap tat that takes weeks to arrive, just go straight to China, at least they have better customer service and prices.

Terrible experience. I wish I’d researched the company in advance and checked reviews. I purchased a play sink for my nephew, when he started playing with it we noticed a large crack in the plastic which was hidden under a basket, and then the water pump stopped working. I had several emails back and forth with the company and they were very unhelpful and refused to provide a replacement or refund stating that as it was over 30 days since the item was purchased they weren’t required to do so (which isn’t the case when items are faulty, of unsatisfactory quality or not fit for purpose).

Es wird billigster Schrott versendet. Rücksende-Adresse ist irgendwo in Polen, Erstattung erfolgt selbst bei defekten Geräten nicht. Kundenservice besteht aus schlechter KI. Keinesfalls dort bestellen. Wir werden die Seite bei den Behörden melden.

As bad as you can imagine- bad quality items and took ages to arrive. The same items are selling on Temu for 1/3 of the price. Money wasted but never again. I've learned my lesson.

Det er synd, at der ikke er en 0-stjerne funktion. Jeg bestilte en skoletaske til min datters 10års fødselsdag d. 7.januar 2026 og betalte 400kr med mobilepay. Jeg har stadig intet modtaget dd 28. Januar. Jeg skrev til dem for en uge siden og de har ikke svaret - det knuste mit hjerte, da min datter virkelig havde glædet sig til sin taske og det var hovedgaven til fødselsdagen. Til alle der overvejer getkidzly - spar Jer selv og jeres børn hjertesorg og økonomisk tab og drop dette fupselskab

Zip broke on the rucksack after just a few weeks of light use. I've emailed multiple times asking for a replacement to be sent out or now a refund and each time they say they'll get back to me but never do - just feels like the request is being avoided and ignored. Poor quality, even poorer response to consumer rights.

I bought a child’s toy which was delivered via drop shipping directly from the manufacturer in China. The toy arrived broken. I contacted the company several times. They gave an automatic response to ask for images of the toy not working. I sent them. They never gave me any further response or a refund. I would advise buying the product directly from Alibaba or the likes as this is where it’s sent from anyway and the customer service will be markedly better definitely a very poor business.

Very worried, but pleasantly surprised. I ordered a pair of toddler boots and as soon as I saw that they were coming from China I tried to cancel but company said I couldn't. I then checked trustpilot and saw the reviews - definitely thought I had been scammed. Boots came today and they are actually really good and just like the pictures! I couldn't believe it! Rating 3 stars as I really think the company should have been honest they are not a British company and are clearly scamming lots of other customers. My order seems to surprisingly be good though 🤷‍♀️.
