I didnt know that credits that I have bought in the previus month dont never accumulate or rollover to the further billing cycles. YOu gave me back 30 credits.. added to my subscription.. But I do believe that credits should rollover on the next month. . Tha to will libarate your users to buy without thinking that limitation and feel a trusted and friendly enviroment as customers.. Other wise... you should provide.. the ability to your users.. to buy ONLY the exact amount of credits they need and not a whole bulk!!!!!

The core issue isn’t just their refund policy, it’s the quality of the product itself. The AI outputs were extremely poor. The generated videos felt rushed and inconsistent, voiceovers sounded unnatural and robotic, and overall the results were nowhere near production-ready despite the marketing suggesting otherwise.
The AI voiceovers in particular were disappointing. They lacked realism, cadence, and emotional tone, making the content feel artificial and unusable without significant manual correction. For a platform that positions itself as a time-saving AI tool, I found myself spending more time fixing issues than actually creating content.
When I realised the platform wasn’t delivering what was promised, I requested a refund. Instead of engaging with the concerns about quality, support repeatedly hid behind a rigid internal “7-day policy” and generic explanations about GPU costs and AI processing expenses.
There was no real willingness to listen or resolve the issue fairly. The responses felt scripted and dismissive, and escalation requests didn’t lead to meaningful engagement.
Yes, they cancelled the subscription to stop future billing, but refused to refund despite clear dissatisfaction and very limited value delivered.
Overall, this felt like an overhyped AI product combined with inflexible customer support that prioritises policy over customer experience.
Proceed with caution if you’re expecting high-quality AI output or reasonable flexibility if the product doesn’t meet expectations.
It was helpful. And the representative was truly respectful and offered many avenues of assistance. I am very happy that there is such support with this company. This is what makes a company great. I plan to continue my account for the foreseeable future.

I had ongoing frustration and didn’t understand the platform at first, but support explained everything clearly and even gave me a partial reimbursement for the credits I lost. I love InVideo AI—it’s a phenomenal tool. My only wish is that their credit system were more cost-efficient, but I understand that its awesomeness comes at a cost to them, which is then passed on to consumers. Still, more budget-friendly options that allow for substantial productivity and creativity would be a much-appreciated improvement, along with enhancing the model for more advanced prompts.

They are horrible when it comes to refunds. I used the platform for less than an hour and realized it's just set up to take your credits. Especially under the ai avatar clone feature. So I asked for a refund and they told me because I used the platform ( while testing out their ai) they could not issue a refund. How are you supposed to know if it works or not if you can't use the features and get capped by credits? It is awful. Will not be using the platform again!!

I signed up for the annual plan on invideo.ai and paid the full amount upfront, planning to try it out when I had more time. Honestly, I never actually used it—no videos created, no prompts entered, nothing.
Right within their 7-day refund window, I reached out to request a refund since I hadn't touched the service. They turned it down, saying there had been usage. I checked my account right away, and the usage history was completely empty. Support told me to wait a day and get back to them.
When I followed up the next day, they suddenly pointed to 2 minutes of premium generation linked to a prompt: "he runs through fire." I have no idea where that came from—I never typed anything like it, never started a generation, and it doesn't match anything I've ever done on the platform. My usage log only showed this one weird entry, with no other details or history.
What made it even worse was trying to submit the refund request again. Every time I filled out the form, it seemed to disappear or get wiped out shortly after—almost like it was being deleted or reset on their end. This kept happening, and it dragged things out past the 7-day limit they use to decide on refunds (no usage allowed).
Their policy is clear: refunds only within 7 days if zero credits or minutes have been used. But with this unexplained entry popping up and the form issues preventing me from getting a proper submission through in time, it felt like the process was being stalled on purpose.
Support kept saying they can't access or change account data, but they couldn't explain the mysterious prompt or provide any logs (like timestamps or IP info) to back it up. Their responses were inconsistent and didn't really help resolve anything, even after I escalated it.
This whole situation has been really disappointing and has completely put me off the platform. I've seen similar complaints from others about refund denials over tiny or questionable usage, so it doesn't seem isolated. In the end, I had to go through my credit card company for a chargeback because nothing else worked.
I wouldn't recommend invideo.ai if you're counting on their refund policy being straightforward—document everything from day one if you do sign up.
Edit: Like I said I never used the service despite the 2 minutes you CLAIM I used.
