The experience was somewhat unpleasant

The experience was somewhat unpleasant, and I'm trying to be as honest as possible so that management can make improvements. My first issue was trying to download the virtual card to my phone from the website. Once i gained access to the information the website required i got an error message and couldn't get the card information had to contact customer service and it's December 23rd, right before the holidays and I was counting on using this card to help buy gifts for Christmas.
