Easy way to get pet insurance; registration was simple and straightforward. We were able to add our other dog later, and are now using the card for all vet visits.

I created a Claim since November last year and is January and no update. The only way to contact Customer Service is by email but nobody answer.

So far, Nibbles sounds like a great idea. I only gave 4 stars because there is no human phone support that I can find. Maybe it is hidden somewhere, but I did not see any phone support numbers.

I haven't had to use it for my pet yet, but the ease of the website is great for setting up payments and i like the 3% on pet related purchases.

This is a great card with the peace of mind having pet insurance. Helps you prepare for those emergencies to keep you fur baby safe and healthy. Fantastic idea.

Great for pet owners. Love that it has pre-approved option without running a hard inquiry with your credit bureau. I wish they have an app to view and make payments.

The phone number on the back of the card goes to a car dealership. I don’t know how to pay my bill since I don’t have a statement with an address. I cannot enter my bank info on your website.
