It's totally fraud am warring clients not to deal with this agent they sold me used scrap bricks and refused to return all my cost they deducted £150 now I d9nt want money i just warring clients not to deal with this agent pleas
Really disappointing to have to write this but the staff at Ammarri Stones came across as friendly and professional. That was when they were telling lies. When it came to acting on their false promises they back tracked on everything they had said and left us disgusted.
We were delivered a mixed coloured batch of porcelain patio tiles. We contacted ammarri and they said they were sorry and we should have been told, they said it was all their fault and they would reimburse us for the cost of rectifying the damage done.
We paid the contractor and provided the invoice, they agreed to pay.
This went on for months, various blagging and delaying tactics used including saying, yes we have the payment agreed it will be with you by the end of the week (they said this one twice)
Finally after months of BS they sent a blatantly fabricated email that actually showed they’d been lying the whole time and claimed they would not pay because the tiles had not been checked at the time of delivery
Literally months of lies and false promises ending in them pulling a stunt. Cringe. Embarrassing.
Stay away from Ammarri.
No doubt they will write a cringe reply on here saying a load of bull sh*t
We won’t be using them again and we will be sending the email evidence to the small claims court.
So far the customer service has been fantastic and I’m looking forward to receiving our slabs. Thank you.

I recently placed an order for black Indian Limestone and my experience with this company was nothing but appalling. Firstly, some of our stones arrived broken; the company did actually replace them without much hassle. When the replacement batch arrived, they sent a completely different coloured slab (which, when laid by a different company, was wet, so the colour difference wasn’t obvious at all). Once the stones dried out, all stones were black and one was light grey; it stood out like crazy. When we contacted Ammari Stone, they told us to clean the grey slab, which obviously wouldn’t have made it black to match the others; they then accused me of lying about this problem. After weeks of back and forth, they were completely refusing to do anything apart from refunding us £20 for something that has cost us £800 to buy and lay; they blocked my personal phone number, so I had to ring off other people’s phones. I got advice from Trading Standards, and they refused to listen or act on any of their advice.
What they don’t make clear to their customers is that they have a 7.5% tolerance. You can order your stones, and they don’t accept responsibility for broken or damaged stones under the 7.5%; this has left us completely out of pocket and caused a lot of stress emailing/ringing them, speaking to Trading Standards, and getting workmen back out.
I will NEVER use this company again and advise everybody not to use this company too. Unless you want broken stones, no accountability from them, and to be left out of pocket…
I would have given 0 stars if I could.
I was ordering paving online and considered a few suppliers. Prices were quite similar , but I've been stung in the past ordering online and quality of product was far from what was showed in the photos so my approach this time was one of caution. I called few companies including Ammaari Stones. I spoke to a gentleman called Kieran who answered all my questions. His knowledge and guidance was fantastic ,which helped me select my product. I went for kandla grey porcelain paving and oh boy this looks amazing. Delivery came on time; quality of the product is fantastic. My landscaper commented this is better quality than most porcelain products his worked with. I called Ammaari again for advice on grout, which i eventually purchased from them, delivered on time and looks absolutely amazing. My experience with Ammaari start to finish has been amazing.

High-quality customer service played a pivotal role in our pleasant experience as we meticulously planned the layout of our garden. Kieran's expertise guided us in selecting the most suitable colors and tiles for our outdoor space. Our sincere appreciation for the exceptional assistance provided.

As you’ll see from other reviews, they will absolutely send you broken and damaged slabs and then refuse to remedy it. Apparently ‘up to 7.5% damage tolerance’ applies, so more than 3 slabs from my pallet of 42 have to turn up smashed before they will refund ANY. I had exactly 3 damaged, but I was nice enough to say I only needed 2 and I’d let the other one go. They still wouldn’t do anything about it. You have to check every single slab while the delivery driver is still stood there. You have to upload photos to their website of the damage, but the website can’t accept iPhone images. You have to do all of this within 48 hours. Everything is geared up against you. They also charged me twice when I ordered them, leaving me £492 in the red for a few days before I could get it refunded. Do not order from this company.

Ammaariestones response was as expected - unhelpful. Their T&C smallprint intimates that they will sell you some slabs (albeit less than you paid for) - some will be broken, chipped and quality will be inconsistent. Bearing in mind you can't inspect the slabs without full removing the "cling film" wrapping and removing from the pallet. I order to return the product you have to fully re-pack as delivered (not feasible), arrange collection at your own cost and then pay a 25% re-stocking charge! I can't re-assess my rating because I am not permitted to reduce from a 1 star. If Ammaari wish to respond further I will post images of the extent of the poor quality of the product delivered.
One broken slab and several chipped in 8 sqm limestone patio pallet. 3 slabs missing so quantity received was short. They did respond but referred to their small print regards some broken slabs being acceptable and claimed that the quantity delivered was correct although numbers of slabs are not provided at time of order. I am a QS by profession so am fairly capable of
measuring areas!

Absolutely love the porcelain slabs I ordered – they are stunning! I always get compliments on how beautiful they look. They’re also really easy to maintain, which makes them practical as well as stylish. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and delivery was smooth and on time. I would definitely recommend them – and I often do! Great experience all round.

Ammaari Stones delivered the wrong pallet and left it blocking a neighbour’s garage, preventing him from moving his car. I was told it would be collected the same day, yet it remained there for 12 days, despite my daily calls and emails. When they finally collected it, they claimed it didn’t belong to them—only after I invoiced them for a 3-day bailment fee for failing to collect it in time.
Separately, Ammaari Stones agreed to buy back 840 leftover cobbles from me. I followed every instruction, sent photos, received confirmation, and they collected the pallet. Yet, 1.5 months later, they are still refusing to pay as agreed.
Unreliable communication, broken promises, and complete lack of responsibility. I would not recommend.

I only gave 1 star because I had to, or it would have been 0.
Ordered tiles, was given delivery date, was not kept updated about delivery on that day, I had to keep chasing and then they gave me some nonsense excuse why it was not delivered. Another delivery date arranged, again delivery did not happen with some terrible excuse. I incurred charges with my builder due to this which I have had to pay. When I spoke to customer services they assured me if I sent over the invoice of charges for my builder they would reimburse me as it was their fault delivery did not happen. 3rd delivery date arranged, got told after chasing at 3pm once again my delivery was not happening on arranged day, for it to then turn up at 7:30pm the same night. Have chased company for reimbursement of charges I have incurred due to their incompetence and I have not received response. Have taken legal advice and have given company a set date to reply by but so far I have had nothing from them unsurprisingly. Do not recommend and would never buy from this company again as has caused nothing but stress, anxiety and extra costs to us.

Broken tiles on delivery. Tried to make contact but no reply to any of my emails. Looking at the reviews on here seems to be a very similar issue for other people .
Would give no stars if I could but it doesn’t let you. Pallets arrived with several broken slabs. Emailed four times, contacted on social media and tried to call, all of which ignored. I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering from these guys as it seems they don’t care once they have your money and no interest in rectifying. Not happy at all. AVOID this company, be sure to read all reviews first, especially facebook.
Order no #58337 . I am writing this review to strongly warn others against ordering from Ammaari Stones. Our experience with them was deeply frustrating and revealed a serious lack of professionalism and integrity.
We ordered 22m² of Himalayan White patio slabs, but instead received a different product — Mountain White, which is clearly listed as a separate item on their own website, with a different shade and price. The pallet also arrived damaged, raising concerns about broken tiles inside.
Here’s where it gets worse: Ammaari Stones' own policy states that delivery must be inspected in the presence of the driver, who should confirm any issues and obtain a signature to confirm acceptance of the goods.
We were present at delivery and asked the driver to stay while we inspected the pallet, as per policy. He refused, ignored our request, got in his vehicle, and drove off — without asking for or receiving any signature. That means we never officially accepted the delivery, and the company cannot claim otherwise.
We immediately contacted Ammaari Stones to request urgent redelivery and collection of the incorrect goods. They refused to deliver before the following Tuesday — too late for our project schedule — so we cancelled the order based on non-fulfilment and breach of delivery protocol.
Despite all this, they later told us that the slabs are “the same” and only named differently — a claim clearly disproven by their own website, where Himalayan White and Mountain White are listed separately, with different photos and pricing. This is misleading and unfair to the customer.
After cancellation, they still demanded £162 (£81 each way) to collect the incorrect pallet — even though they failed to follow their own delivery procedures and we never signed for it.
This is a clear failure of responsibility and an attempt to shift the burden onto the customer. Ammaari Stones shows no accountability, no care for proper service, and no willingness to follow the rules they themselves have set.
I strongly urge others not to trust this company. They operate on shaky ground — and once they’ve delivered, they leave you stuck with the consequences.
UPDATE – 16 SEPTEMBER 2025
I cannot reply directly to the company’s response, so I am addressing it here.
The pallet was never collected and I did not receive a refund — I only recovered the money via a chargeback. The tiles were the wrong color/product, and the pallet was damaged and unchecked, as per their own policy.
A professional company would have offered a quick solution, but instead they delayed, avoided responsibility, and made false claims. It’s shocking that a company would ignore its own policy, refuse accountability, and lie publicly.

After being let down by a different supplier we decided to give Amaari Stones a try. The service we received was fantastic. Our paving slabs were delivered quickly, on the requested day and are in perfect condition. We were also super impressed with the delivery driver. We live on a tight road which was partially blocked by another workman’s van (who refused to move!). The driver could have made us reschedule the delivery but he used his pallet truck to get our order to us instead. I would definitely recommend this company!

Do not waste your time. They refused to help after delivery company failed to deliver to do so blaming delivery company, and on speaking to the manager who was as rude as it gets refused to resolve and after weeks told us to just cancel the order. Refunded after subtracting nearly £1k for their failure to deliver! Stay far away from this company!
