Do not be fooled by the sleek website…

Do not be fooled by the sleek website and premium products on sale. Ordered an item at start of Jan and still have not received. Emails and telephone calls went unanswered and in the end had to claim money back through PayPal. Scammers!

T-Shirt Saviour!

When my brother asked for a T-shirt from the Nike website only to find it out of stock months later after I finally got round to ordering it I was left with a problem. The only place I could find it still in stock was Zalando so my choices were limited. I had been concerned about the reviews on Trustpilot but I needn't have been as the item arrived as described and on time. Will use again.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Made booking for MOT and service as price was attractive. Called into garage to discuss some other work and they had no record of booking - I also never received any e-mailed confirmation. Avoid! I am amazed Asda have allowed their name to be connected to this "service"

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. New smart key for my 2010 Nissan supplied and programmed. 50% cheaper than dealer and engineer comes to your home avoiding any time without your car. Transparent pricing which you do not always see in this industry. Highly recomended.

EV Charger Fault Fixed!

When my EV charger developed a fault Plug Me In were enlisted by EO Charging to come and diagnose the fault. Barry the installed arrived on time and was polite and helpful. Diagnosed the fault quickly and had me up and running in no time. Recommended.

VeeWee was my go to for aircooled parts, especially with the free shipping. Unfortunately their prices now appear to be creeping up, making other VW aircooled parts suppliers more competitive. Shame.

Not a viable online operation

My order was for a basic rug underlay which was in stock. Order took a fortnight to arrive! You cannot track the order once placed so left in the dark. Sent via DHL and their nearest pickup shop is further away than my nearest Dunelm store! In an age when retailers are offering same or next day delivery this is not acceptable and it needs urgent attention. Will not order from Dunelm again.

Will not price match

Went to buy some Miele vacuum bags but were 20% more expensive than John Lewis. Refused to price match- lost custom!
