Complaint regarding Order

​I placed an order for a 48-inch LG TV on January 7, 2026. Although the item was supposed to be shipped the following day, the delivery was delayed with weather conditions cited as the reason.
​The shipping company, Dynalogic, finally picked up the product on January 10. However, as of the night of January 12, there has been no further update on the status of my delivery. Furthermore, I sent an email to your customer service team this morning and have yet to receive a response.
​I find this lack of communication and the ongoing delay unacceptable. I request an immediate update on my order's status

Poor customer service, zero trust in positive outcome

Bough a vacuum robot (Dreame X50) on the 28th of November. Gave them some slack because of Black Friday but did not receive any update since. Contacted support via a webform as their callcenter is only available between 08:00 - 14:00. Got a reply that their shipping center would be contacted and they would get right back to me. Now 24 hours later there is still no communication about my order. I will have to cancel my order because if have absolutely zero trust this organization will help me if something happens to the vacuum robot within the first year.

Update 08/12: Received a reply that the product was sold to multiple persons and there is not enough stock. Seems like a faulty webshop or just a method to sell more than you have in stock. I will never be buying here again.

Worst experience ever!!!

I have ordered a panasonic Z95B a week ago but still did not receive it. First delivery went wrong apparently so i got a second appointment scheduled but also did not arrive. Contacted the customer service via a form and still did not get any answer. Where is my order? Anyone out there??? The worst experience ever!!!!

Smooth

I bought the new Panasonic Z95B for a really nice price.
Don't get me wrong it was still alot of money, so I visited the trustpilot website.
Art & Craft got a 4,2 but I decided to check the one star reviews.
There I saw complaints about absence of track and trace.
But that was not the case for me, everything went smooth.
They arived right in the middle of the 2 hour delivery window.

Long story short it went smooth

Two large orders with next day…

Two large orders with next day delivery, as promised everything went on time, including one order with Saturday delivery! Sometimes the delivery notification does not work, so the status update on their website, but fortunately everything went well!

Payment options are limited.

Its really cumbersome to buy stuff from Art & Craft. I have applepay, google pay and 4 different international visa/mastercards. None of these work in your website as payment method. They appear as option but are declined during check out.

Only payment method i can get through is Ideal/ ABN-AMRO. However, this does not include credit card security for buyer like my other options so buying TV, electronics and anything expensive is not an option with this.

Just something to consider... You are pushing customers to amazon/bol/mediamarkt since they cant choose international Visa/mastercards as payment option.

Bad quality tv and bad service…

We ordered for my sick father a bigger télévision. After two months it broke down (coulours disappaired). I tried to contact Art @ Craft half december but no response and not available by phone, i contacted bol.com. After that (2 weeks later) they replied by mail. I had ordered by another compagny a same tv. My father has Parkinson, sees- hears-, talks- and feels not good. All he has is the tv!
I wanted to return it like thé garantie said. We mailed about that… But no they are repairing it.
After almost 2 months! They just sent it back to my father!
No garantie possible!!!
Why not change the tv directly when not possible!!! I’m furious

We have always provided you with a response within 24 hours.

We understand that this is annoying that you had to return this TV.

We too have to follow the rules which the brands impose on us in case of a problem under warranty.

But it would be ecologically and economically wrong to exchange and throw away a TV that you have been using for more than 3 months.

We have done everything we can to return it to you within a reasonable period of time.

I had to pick up the order myself and pay for a taxi because the delivery partner simply skipped my delivery - NO SOLUTION PROVIDED NO REFUND PROVIDED

Update: they say DPD could not deliver because of a door code 1) first time I hear this feedback from them 2) THERE IS NO DOOR CODE THE DOOR IS ALWAYS OPEN AS THERE IS A BAR DOWNSTAIRS 4) WHY DID THEY NOT RING THE INTERCOM IF THE DOOR WAS SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED? 5) DPD/other delivery providers already delivered multiple packages at my address without mentioning this “door code” 4) stop lying

But apparently DPD could not deliver your parcel because you have a door code in the building and therefore could not ring the bell:

We see this information in the tracking

We could not deliver your parcels. This is because we did not have your door code. That's why we returned them to the depot.

We did not get this door code information in the order either.

Therefore, unfortunately it had to go to a pick-up point and we cannot bear these costs.

We also find this annoying if this has to happen like this.
