Ordered a men’s wool coat from Ash New York. Even though it appears that they are based in USA they are NOT. Ordered a 3X, received a Large, which is their version of 3X. They discourage returns. Payed $170 for coat. UPS advised that prior to tariffs it would’ve cost $160 to send back to address in China. Now $400 to return. Bad experience all around. NEVER order from Ash New York.

Scammed -pictured Frye boots, got boots totally different that were absolutely not the right size either (mens not women's size 9). Would not return. Offered 20% unless shipped to China with me paying for shipping.

Don’t order from this website. I ordered something for my granddaughter’s Christmas gift and they emailed me that they can’t deliver to a remote address. Any address in USA that I gave was remote. I finally ask for refund. They let saying refund was processed and takes 7-14 days to get it. My bank never received the refund. This company is a total scam.

*** Just a quick update to this - I tried working with Ash (since they replied to this review) and they did not/would not issue even the 10% refund they advertise, nor would they even discuss the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered and what I did get was garbage. Stay away from these scammers.

We ordered some $85 boots (didn't research them first, unfortunately) and what came didn't resemble what we ordered and they were made like absolute garbage. Since there USA address is a scam we'd have to ship them to China which would be around $50 and I'm sure we'd never see a refund. We then decided to take them up on their offer to refund 10% of the price if we keep the boots and the refund never showed up - they said they confirmed it was issued but in fact it never hit out original payment method. Good thing we didn't ship the boots back! Anyway, total scam - garbage products and zero customer service, stay away.

If you are smart, you will not purchase from this company. They portray that they are in New York and then when you buy something and it doesn’t fit, then you have to pay over $30 to have it sent back to China. It’s been almost 3 months and I still have not gotten my refund. Scam

Sent me the wrong size of the product I ordered and it looked nothing like the online photo. Tried to get a refund but was offered 10% or I would have to pay for shipping back to Asia with no guarantees that they would receive it and refund me. I have been going back and forth with them for about 3 months with no resolution. It is a scam so not order from this website.

I purchased items from this sites after Google Ads displayed the ads. After few weeks, I received junks. Terrible looking clothing items resemble nothing like the AI images on their website. Upon contacting the business to start a return, I received email correspondence asserting that returns are not free per policy. I revisited the website, and it did say hassle free returns. The company offered me 10% refund to keep the clothes. After doing more digging, Google shows that ASHNEWYORK uses an LLC that they formed in Delaware to appear legitimate; AB Community Group LLC. They claim they have presence in the US. Even the shipping address to me came from Forest Park Georgia. However, they want the return sent to China. The company did not provide shipping return labels. Why would a US company send returns to China? So far, no refund.

Also, from all the complaints people have submitted, ASHNEWYORK seems to have the habit of responding and pretending to care. The same email they provided was the original one people have to contact to initiate refund. Don't be fooled by their response. Nothing is getting resolved.

February update: contacting the email that ASHNEWYORK provided yielded no result. As mentioned in the first post, they have the order number and after days of back and forth emailing, the company is not even pretending to care. Infact, the company doesn't seem to care at all as long as more victims keep losing money. Do not use your money to ship returns to China. If you do, you will lose the shipping money, you'll never get the items you wanted, and judging by what others complained, you might not even get the little refund. Do the math and spread the word.

The worst. Scam. Fraud. Lie about shipping and tracking. Photos online aren't actually what they send you. Products are not even close to being the same look or quality. Worse than a cheap knock off. They don't honor their return/refund policies and try ro make you look bad by wanting to harm the environment with having to ship back. They make it at your expense and then due to all the lies you dont want to send back even if you eat the shipping g because the. Your out a product u can maybe make a fee pennies on reselling and no refund for whst you sent. Working with my bank and several agencies to try and take them down. I have promised to invest all my time to do so to hurt them so they cant keep doing this to others. Criminals. They respond here and its a joke when you reach out as they ask they dont respond or take the action they state. Its all a game with AI customer service responses.

Fatal scam! A complete fraud!
The articles are completely different from the picture, worst quality and they wouldn't let you send something back.
They negotiate a discount and tell you about a refund which you never get. Then they say it's because of your credit card provider. Don't order anything, you will deeply regret it!!!!

Long days usually make me notice fit issues, but that didn’t happen here. The shape feels forgiving without looking lazy. Even by evening it still looked presentable. I didn’t rush to take it off.

One thing I noticed pretty quickly was how the fabric moves. It feels fluid when walking, not stiff or awkward. That’s not something I always notice, but here I did. It makes wearing it more enjoyable overall.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give 0 stars if I could. The return policy on the website does not mention that returns must be sent to CHINA and that attempting to return the item is prohibitively expensive and difficult. The return policy page is intentionally misleading and deceptive and speaks volumes about the kind of company this is. Please learn from my experience and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Update: Their response to my review is the EXACT SAME as it has been to every other review. I have emailed 10 times about this and they refuse to process my refund. CRIMINALS!!!!

I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing from this fraud of a company and now I see they are a 1 star reviewed Company! Ash New York is a scam it’s based out of Asia! Purchased a men’s large jacket and sweater stated would be here by a certain date, it came 4 days later than expected. Then the quality of material was worst I’ve ever seen or felt and size wow I’ve never purchased anything but large from any store ever and these products from Ash New York I think I should of ordered XXL I guess they made the Sizes for small Asian men! Then website states free refunds prior to 30 days well I did it the day I received which was only 13 days in and they refused to give refund stated they could only give back 10% then after my angry emails they stated highest they would go was 20% because if I sent products back I wasn’t guaranteed any refund cuz products could get lost in customs going back to Asia (that’s how I found out they were based out of Asia). So I spend $300 to get back $40 and stuck with products I will throw away that bad ! So anyways BE AWARE TERRIBLE DELIVERY/ PRODUCT SIZING AND QUALITY AND NO FULL REFUNDS!!! SCAM OF A COMPANY!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ASIA COMPANY

I wore this jacket on a casual walk without planning ahead. The cold didn’t bother me once. It did its job quietly. That’s exactly what I want.

Zippers are usually an afterthought for me, but this one stood out. It glides easily and doesn’t feel flimsy. Using it just feels smooth. Small details like that change the experience.

My Ash New York purchase was a complete disappointment. The item did not fit, was cheaply made and not worth what I paid for it. I was unable to return it for a refund because I was told that the return shipping would have to be to China, at a cost double what I paid for the item, despite the "New York" brand and Florida sender address on the package. Beware of this seller! Total rip-off!

And the ASH NY reply to this post is to encourage contacting their customer service. I did, but the only options are the first offered - return to China at twice the price of the purchased item. Again, rip off! Pass on ASH NY.

I ordered some men's shoes, size9, in December. Took more than a month to deliver, finally got them end of January and they are a size 10.5. Can't wear them DO NOT ORDER from Ash New York.

NEVER AGAIN! do NOT order from here. the name is misleading and makes you think the items ship from NY but they come from China and are HORRIBLE quality, in addition to shipping taking forever. If you want to return for a refund, you have to pay to ship the items back to China yourself. They offer you 10% back of your total if you choose to keep the item. Either way it’s a loss. I ordered a jacket that looked nothing like the photo. It was basically an ill-fitting robe. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Instead, I went by the reviews on their page, which of course are all positive. Dumb on my part. Stay away from them.

Wearing the satin blouse with jeans instantly made me feel more polished. It drapes nicely, there is no clinginess and the neckline is flattering. The packaging looked unexpectedly high quality too.
