Wrong size sent. Offered a refund if I ship them back to China. Wasnt aware this was a Chinese company when ordering and so the packaging and quality is as you'd expect. My only option is a 15% refund, ship it back to China or send on a replacement. Obviously it makes zero sense to do anything but replace them, which is what they're counting on.

If I could give this company a zero and still write the review, I would, but it does not allow zeros here. You have to click one star. So, I ordered a pair of gym shoes and my normal size and they came two sizes to three sizes two large. I emailed the company and they asked for pictures. I only emailed the company to get a return label because they obviously can’t get a size right so why would I exchange? I forwarded immediately pictures of these shoes being far too large and then I receive an email stating for security purposes. They are unable to open any attachments so I ask in the first place.
I need to add that it took me nearly a month to get my shoes I would love to send pictures of these huge shoes next to my tiny little foot and screenshots of the correspondence that I received, but this site doesn’t allow it

I received my order and am deeply disappointed in the quality of the item. The website said 'Cashmere'. This sweater is no cashmere. There are no tags indicating what it is made of nor how to care for this item. I ordered a large for an oversized look because I usually wear a small. The sleeves don't even reach my wrist bones. The return policy is also a sham. I will never order from AH again

The me ha died is of poor quality. I returned the item at my expense two months ago. It is impossible for me to track past China. Customs . When I contact customer service they say they will check on it, I get no response. I am out my money. Will try to file insurance claim for lost package!

Don't order anything from this company! I ordered a large over-the-shoulder bag and it never arrived. When I called to find out where it was, they said, "It's on the way and on schedule" -- it had been over a month. Once it finally arrived, it was stuffed in a small envelope that fit in mt mailbox. It was dinky and not even close to what I ordered. When trying to return it they, asked me to send it back to China at my own expense of $50 in shipping, even though the company's website said they were in San Francisco. They weren't. A total sting. Dishonest. They took my money, gave me a cheap peice of crap in return that would cost over half its value to return. Save your money, stay clear of this company.

I ordered two polo shirts advertised as «cotton shirts ». The shirtls were delivered without labels except for one clearly mentioning 94% polyester for the shirt material. This is fraudulous practice and I do not recommend buying from this company.

If I could give a negative star I would. This company is a sham. I ordered an oversized cashmere sweater and I received a shrunken sweater that contains 0% cashmere. On top of that, it was missing the interior label that is required by all garments shipped to US. The only options I was given were a 15% refund to keep, exchange for another size (of something I didn't order) or return to china and pay the enormous shipping charge. This company is a total sham and I don't recommend buying from them.

Alexanderhampton.com Do not buy from this company they take pictures of other things off of our websites in the USA and then they send you Temu crap. It is so expensive and then to ship it back It’s like $50 plus dollars and it comes from China. It literally comes from China. It’s not from the United States. It is all junk. They are so tricky unbelievable. Literally the shoes they have on there are $60+ online but you can get them for under $10 dollars on Temu. This company is a super joke. I will call my bank today to see what I can do because I spent a ton of money and got Temu crap.
The quality is extremely cheap. I fell like the shoes are not worth more than $5.00. They are not accurately advertising and trying to charge quality prices. They do not want you to return the shoes because they’re going back to China so they’ll offer you 15% discount or return it and pat $60 in shipping.

I ordered a pair of shoes and to be fair the delivery was fine and the shoes were okish. The shoes when delivered were too small(45) so after an apology I was sent a second pair of shoes which were also the wrong size (45. When I sent proof and asked what to do next I got this massive apology but was told we are sorry but there is nothing else we can do!! So I am now stuck with to pair of shoes I did not order because of wrong size and more or less told to lump it. This is disguising!!!!!

On December 30, 2025 I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Alexander-Hampton. One pair was $39.99 and they offered me a 2nd pair of the same style in a different color for $28.00.
ORDER #AH321928 total was $67.99.
On 1/23/26 after I received them, I tried them on and the fit was awful. They had hard soles with absolutely no arch support at all.
I immediately emailed them telling them and asked for an address and RMA to return them.
The next day (1/24/26) I got an email from their Customer Service Rep thanking me for letting them know about how much they hurt my feet. I did tell them that and also pointed out that they were cute shoes.
Then she asked me to take pictures of both pairs of shoes. She then instructed me to NOT put them on my feet…to hold them up to my body.
Then take these pictures and copy and paste them in the body of the email because they couldn’t open attachments.
That they needed it to be able to give me a refund.
I told her that I had never had a request like that but I did what she asked.
She assured me she would immediately send information so that I could return them.
On 1/29/26 She sent me an email stating
“we have two available resolution options for your order”.

I love these shoes. The shoes are wide enough for my feet with bunions. Does not look like the normal orthopedic shoes. They are different and has soft leather for a comfortable walk. It took a while to receive because I did not know they were coming from China. The wait was worth it. I am ordering the other three colors.

Horrible experience. The return policy doesn’t state that you have to return to china and its costs $50. Jacket was very bad quality and damaged - sleeve sewn twisted so I couldn’t get my arm through. Even then they would provide free return label. And quality was horrible! Don’t recommend at all!

Ordered a very cute sweater. Took ages to receive. Then went to try on and one of the side seams completely unraveled. Sent e mail to return Jan 5. Again on Feb 2. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT BUY. I am about to dispute credit card charge.

Avoid this online shop at all costs. I purchased shoes and the shipping process was a nightmare, no movement and took 3 weeks to receive. When they arrived the odor was horrible! This toxic spray paint smell and they got put back in the bag immediately. When I asked for a return, another hassle. They wanted me to take a photo like the picture was a scratch n' sniff. Still haven't received a return label so I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
