I purchased many age-defying creams over the years. I purchased Supreme Advanced Performance Creme and OMGGGGG! I cannot BELIEVE how fast and it actually WORKS. I was BLOWN away. Thank You for a GREAT product that actually helped. I will be ordering it again again and again!!! I use to purchase from Catherine Dulo, but I moved out of state.

Ever since I joined Avon as a…

Ever since I joined Avon as a representative I have had nothing but misery. It is a game of constant delays, charges, recharges, orders on hold, items out of stock and lack of communication. It is not worth the time or effort for the measly commission which is eaten away by the cost of literature, campaign books, samples, order forms, brochure bags, delivery fees and the many items for which you earn nothing anyway or have a fixed discount on. I returned products over 6 weeks ago and they recharged me for them under the pretense that they had not infact recieved my returns. This recharge was to the value of £169.35 which I am now expected to pay (I won't be paying it). Unfortunately, Avon is a glorified pyramid scheme in which you are encouraged to 'increase your earnings' by recruiting other people and showing them how to recruit other's who in turn will need to be shown how to recruit others who will recruit others and so on. Eventually the 'leads' dry out and the pyramid collapses where only those at the top have earned whilst those lower down are left to pay. Please avoid Avon Cosmetics in any way you can because it can be guaranteed that you will not benefit from them whatsoever.

POOR QUALITY

Avon managed to get one thing right when it comes to my favorite make-up item and that's the matte lipstick, and this I speak in past tense. the texture and color of their liquid lip lacquer (passion it) from MARK was dark and actually became matte, but now its all shinny and more red than almost marron. I have noticed that the more/longer an item is being sold the quality is comprised...really broke my heart

I’ve been an Avon customer for years…

I’ve been an Avon customer for years but the prices are very high now, the product cases are cheap junk that fall apart and the eyebrow product I bought for $18.99 has just a drop of product that lasted a couple of weeks. Will not be buying from Avon anymore.

Avon Poor Poor Customer Service

Placed order with Avon online the 30th of July, 2021. Never received order. Made 6 attempts via email and more in phone calls, to main office as well as the Representative who received the dollar credit. I got no response, so I then requested my refund. On August 21,2021, received email that stated I would received my complete refund in 2 business days. I call the Customer Care # on the 25th and called again today on the 30th of August. Have yet to received refund.

Used to Be Loyal Customer

I used to be a loyal, fanatical "won't buy any other beauty product" customer. About a year ago I started noticing that my favorite products were going away. The products replacing those discontinued items were either way over priced or weren't as good or both. The variety also has dwindled down to only a choice of a few similar products. They have no blush to speak of and the concealer is now an overpriced lower quality product. I actually contacted Customer Service through FB Messenger and email to register my complaints. The Customer Service Rep was pleasant in the response and even offered an alternative to one of the products I loved, but was no longer available... The suggestion of an alternative was a soon to be discontinued item. I gave up on them after that. Why bother shopping with Avon if they have very few products now to offer and the ones that they do are not as good and more expensive. I did give in today and tried to purchase one item that they haven't discontinued (yet) and found that their website was down and has been for about a week. Now I won't even bother.

I remember when Avon was all about…

I remember when Avon was all about offering affordable beauty products. Now it's so expensive and they have pretty much removed all the iconic products that I loved. You have to spend $60 online to get free shipping!! I also heard the reps now have to pay half the shipping out of their hard earned money. Returns are no longer free because the rep pays those also. What has happened to Avon? They are no longer supporting reps it's appears. They no longer make it affordable. I loved having my Avon rep coming over to sit and chat and it seems to be a thing of the past. Shame on you Avon for your greed.

Screwed, unless you know to choose a representative at checkout...

I hadn't shopped at Avon for years. I woke up one morning with a nostalgia and decided I would purchase something my granny used on me many years ago. I placed an online order and my package arrived within 2 days. So far, no problem. The issue aroused when I looked through their booklet. Everything I had ordered was 50%less. Bummer! I called and ask a representative how I could get my items at the cheaper price because I felt like I was robbed. She said in order for me to take advantage of the company lower prices, I would need to return everything, at my expense, back to them. Place another order, but this time I NEED to choose to order through a representative. I didn't need to meet the representative. The rep and I would never haver to meet because my order would be placed online and shipped directly to me. If I had any issues with any of my orders, I could call Avon 800 number and a representative there would help me. So why do I need a representative, I asked... Simple, if I want my items for the lower price in the book vs the full price that's online, I will have to choose a person name listed as a representative to receive the lower price. Boy, I wished this was posted somewhere because I just spent nearl $70. on a $35.00 worth of items. I definitely got S C R E W E D! Thanks for nothing Avon... You just lost a returning customer!

Have been using anew ultimate eye cream…

Have been using anew ultimate eye cream for years, made eyes soft and got rid of fine lines. I thought this was the best eye cream on the market for money. It’s been changed now, and I have to say it’s rubbish! Doesn’t do anything at all, complete waste of money. Why change a good thing. Will have to look for another brand.

I have a negative and positive…

I have a negative and positive perspective on Avon right now. I love my Rep Carrie Hofmann and usually order from her but this time decided to order online. I ordered $40 worth of product and read a special that with $40 purchase I could get $10 ABox. It did not adjust in the cart so I asked my rep if it would adjust at checkout. She said it should but it didn't. She offered to call or buy back the product when it arrived. I didn't want her to do that. Avon itself should stand behind their customers. I immediately called Avon customer support after that. The lady told me she couldn't do anything about it but to call when the order came in and they would instruct me on how to do a refund. $10 for that box of samples is fine. $40 is not and I didn't want it if that were the case. She told me it was two different campaigns and that's why they wouldn't adjust it. How in the heck would I know there is a campaign difference? To me, a list of products you have to offer is just that. This is the negative.
The positive is I recieved my order very quickly and immediately called for return instructions. My customer service rep was Helber. He apologized for first experience with customer service and immediately, without a word from me, offered for me to keep the product and refund me the difference. That is what I expected from the first call. I felt like I was just blown off. Anyway Helber was so very positive, profession and caring. He saved my faith in good customer service because it is so hard to find anymore.

The online ad read "buy any Anew…

The online ad read "buy any Anew Clinical and get Clinical Line Eraser free". I clicked on the "shop now" button and it took me to a page with 12 Clinical products. I ordered over $60 worth of products including the Clinical Thermafirm Cream which was one of the 12 presented. NOWHERE did anything say "selected" or that the Thermafirm was excluded. When I didn't get the Line Erase, I got in touch with Avon only to be told the Thermafirm wasn't part of the promotion. ANY means ANY, not some or most or a few ... It means all of them! Bait and switch! Bad business practices!

Box opened, items stolen.

The last order I received had been opened, 2 items had been removed, and the box taped back together again. 2 contacts about this were ignored.

Edit: It's now been months. 4 emails and a tweet, completely ignored. After using Avon for 30 years, never again.

Can't Cancel an Order Before It Shipped

Am repeat Avon customer (primarily their bug repellent that has 10% of the active ingredient). Made an on-line order at 10:30 PM, then discovered other products that have 20% of the active ingredient. Called the Support number at 8:01 AM the next morning to cancel the order. Was told one cannot cancel an order even though it hadn't shipped. Today I received shipment via UPS. Am refusing delivery by returning it unopened to UPS. Find some comfort in the fact that it will cost Avon effort to deal w/ the return when the whole process could've been easily dealt with by enabling one to cancel an order that hadn't been shipped.

Avon has lost me as a customer.

Loyal AVON customer for 40 years. I'm done as of today. Skyrocketing price increases, discontinued brands and items from Korea. The new, woke, millennial, global AVON is a joke. They don't care about loyalty or the customer base that built them and have become just another bunch of corporate hacks.
